Located at Thorness Bay, Isle of Wight lovely sea views from living area and veranda.
The Lodge is privately owned and situated in a Park Dean Resort benefitting from a wide range of facilities.
This Impressive lodge located in a woodland setting with sea views of the Solent. Just 3 minute stroll to the beach . Cowes, Newport and the pretty coastal village of Gurnard are only a few minutes drive away.
The lodge is of very high specification and was given a 'Platinum' renting when rented through Park Dean Resorts.

The lodge is beautifully fitted throughout and equipped to a high standard.
From March through to the end of October on the resport the following facilities are available :-

Louise(my wife) and I manage this property on behalf of our father who owns the property . We have owned a property on the Isle of Wight ourselves in Ventnor which we have let out to holiday makers over the last 12 years. We both come from professional backgrounds ( myself as a barrister and Louise a teacher) and have run our own residential letting agencies in Kettering and Wellingborough for the last 10 years.
Why they chose this property
The property is a luxury lodge in a lovely location surrounded by oak trees and overlooking the sea. It has a very high specification and is beautifully presented . The setting is a holiday Park Resort ran by Dean Park Homes, there are excellent on site facilities. The sea is a short walk away - approximately 400 metres walk down to the crescent beach.. Immediately to the South there is beautiful rolling country side. It is in a convenient location being only a few minutes drive from East Cowes port and having the benefit of local villages and towns only very short drives away : Cowes the famous seaport and home of the world's oldest Regatta where there are plenty of shops, boutiques pubs and restaurants ; Gurnard the pretty coastal village with beach and attractive restaurants/pubs is very close and Newport, the capital of the island with a wide range of shops, restaurants and attractions is a ten minute drive away.
