Located on just under a half acre, this home has been completely remodeled. 100% new flooring, paint, kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large fire pit for family gatherings. Mature trees provide plenty of shade. Brand new basement bathroom with wall in shower. Plenty of parking for boats, atv’s and other toys. Newer roof, water heater, furnace. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Large wood deck in front yard. 10 minutes from the entrance to North Beach, the best beach in Bear Lake. Great ATV trails, hiking, boating, fishing and snowmobiling nearby. Covered patio in back off garage.

The older home is in a perfect spot to avoid the crowds of Bear Lake, but still make a quick trip to North Beach. The house is clean, functional, and easy to find.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very good location close to Bear lake. An older home that has been fixed up very nice. Lots of extras to make our stay enjoyable. Would stay there again.

Family Birthday Bear Lake Trip

The place was great. Old time feel with a modern well remodeled home. Great accommodations. Family loved the fire pit after being in the lake all day. Great place to store boat in back of house. Would definitely stay here again. Only concern was minor; barking neighbor dogs.. Had a GREAT time

Perfect for our needs

We used the house as home base and went to meet with friends at a group camp site at Paris Springs. Worked out as planned. House was clean, well stocked and comfortable.

Fun Bear lake get away but not all the crowds

We had a great experience. Communication with the owners was good but I wish some of the information I needed was available without having to contact them. It was a clean, good property and we had a fun time.

Girls trip

My friends and I wanted a relaxing girls weekend and that’s just what we got. The place was perfect, decorated so cute, well supplied, and cozy. We had a blast! It’s nice because it’s not right in the hustle and bustle of bear lake but still close enough to all the amenities! Can’t recommend this place enough!

FILTHY HOUSE NOT COOL

The house was not clean at all! From the kitchen fridge door to the microwave, the stove, to the floor nothing was clean! Blood and food, crumbs, jam and hair absolutely disgusting! Think your worst and probably double it. The bathrooms were not clean nor were the sheets on most of the beds. We traveled a long distance and pulled back the covers to find a big brown stain. The beds were not comfortable and I know the house is old, but I thought the upstairs bathroom was going to fall through the floor if you stepped in a certain place and make a popping sound. The only thing good there was that the supposably cleaning lady brought over real roses and put them in a vase.

The cleaner messed up on this stay. We have been using her for 2.5 years with no negative reports. Rachel sent photos that substantiated her concern. I asked if she still wanted to stay and she said yes. I refunded her the $100 cleaning fee and also refunded an additional $100. It wasn’t until after she left that she inferred I should give her a full refund. I did not because I offered a reasonable solution to her legitimate concern. I also offered to have a cleaner come back the night of check on to clean the home better but she declined. Please read all of our reviews. We don’t have a 4.9 review score by providing a filthy house that feels like you can fall through the floor. That claim in completely wrong.

This is the perfect place to stay to explore beautiful Bear Lake! The host is amazing and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The house was clean and very welcoming with plenty of space for privacy if you are staying with friends or family.

Great house to stay in, close to the north beach

Very clean house, rather roomy for an older house. We had more than enough room for 3 adults, a teenager, and a 2 1/2 year old. Everything you need to be able to cook with inside or out. Very close to the north beach and close enough to Garden City.
