Comfortable stay in Estepona

Apartment is well located to public transit, local market and food stores, as well as many restaurants conveniently a short walk downstairs and overlooking the marina. Kitchen was equipped for preparing meals. Excellent local fresh fish available. Enjoyed the sunrise view from the balcony. Appreciated the excellent and timely communications from Genius staff.

Buena ubicación

Muy bien ubicado. En el mismo puerto ambiente y las playas del Cristo y de la Rada al lado, cerca para ir andando. Supermercados al lado. Colchones cómodos. Propietaria cercana y resolutiva. Hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado y nos cambió a otro apartamento cercano en el que estuvimos genial. Buen destino para viajar con niños, el paseo marítimo tiene muchísimos parques y atracciones para peques.

El sitio espectacular en cuanto a vistas limpieza y no le falta detalle. Está en la zona del puerto muy cerca supermercado y al pueblo andando por el paseo marítimo no tardas más de 20 minutos. Lastima no haber podido disfrutar de la terraza como quisiéramos pues goteaba agua de la terraza de arriba

Great Apartment

This apartment is in a great location to enjoy a good number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is clean and has sufficient amenities for your stay. There is also a communal pool area, which isn't amazing but sufficient to spend a couple of hours lazing in the sun and to have a little dip in the water. You can take a stroll down to Estepona beach which is little more than 20 mins away. Overall a clean, basic apartment which is good value for money.

Piso muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado.

Hemos estado una pareja durante una semana, y hemos estado muy agusto. Muy bien localizado (no movimos el coche para nada); playa al lado, piscina comunitaria y supermercados cerca. El trato con la empresa excelente. Sin duda recomendable.

Lugar tranquilo, muy bien ubicado y trato excepcional por todas las partes desde la página home away hasta el jardinero de la urbanización. Las instalaciones estaban en muy buen estado. A light airy 7th floor apartment, with efficient lift facility,and astonishing views set in attractive private grounds.. From its balcony you can enjoy breakfast whilst watching the sunrise over the Marina! There is a well appointed modern kitchen, including microwave, full cooking facilities and washing machine, with open plan lounge/ dining area. Good Wi fi ,TV and comfortable seating. A double - amounting to superking size - bedroom, as two singles put together,with very comfortable beds, and ample room for suitcases and wardrobe for clothes. Ironing board, iron and clothes airer are provided..Patio doors open out to a small additional sitting area and thence to outer balcony. with table and chairs to seat 2 persons .There was air conditioning but this was not required on our visiit. Hot water was plentiful and the shower over bath worked well. Within a few minutes walk there were restaurants aplenty or a very economical small supermarket if self catering. The apartment is set in attractive private grounds..We parked nearby in a free parking area - space availability may well depend on time of year.. a very short walk to the beach and promenade as well as the very pleasant old town area of Estepona We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here and would thoroughly recommend it.

La ubicación del piso es ideal, en el Puerto de Estepona, rodeado de restaurantes y bares. Hay 2 supermercado a unos metros, prácticamente no hemos utilizado el coche. Hemos encontrado el piso muy limpio y para ser de un dormitorio es amplio y muy cómodo. La vistas que tiene desde la terraza son inmejorables. El servicio que ofrece la agencia es muy bueno, incluso con la recolección de llaves. Hemos llegado a las 12.00 de la noche y las llaves estaban a nuestra disposición en una caja fuerte que tiene la agencia. Ya lo hemos recomendado a la familia que seguramente muy pronto estén por allí. 100% recomendable.

Perfect place to stay in Estepona

We stayed 2 weeks in this apartment. This was perfect in every way. The place is clean and very comfortable. Nice view of the marina, the bed is fantastic, in the kitchen we found everything needed to cook a light meal fast. Safe parking is available if you arrive with a car, as we did. Valeria is the best host I have met on home away web. Our communication was fast and she responded to every request . Thank you Valeria! we hope to come back another time.

15 jours de détente et de bonheur. Situation de notre appartement idéale. Sur le port, à proximités, bars, restaurants, supermarchés. Petit bémol pour son exposition. Pas assez de soleil direct en janvier. Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking presque tous le temps et fait de jolies balades sur le front de mer pour rejoindre le centre ville à pieds. Merci encore à Valeria notre agent immobilier pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et son sourire, qui nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour.

Comfortable apartment with fabulous sunrises!

We've just come back from spending 10 wonderful days in Estepona. The apartment was very good value and is in a perfect location for exploring the marina, town and beyond. It is in the heart of the marina where you'll find 2 supermarkets, bus tops and taxis within a couple of minutes or so walk from the apartment. The apartment was well equipped, clean with ample space and very comfortable. It catered for all our needs in the 10 days we were there. We experienced fabulous sunrises from the terrace/balcony. The estate agent Valeria could not be more helpful. She did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. Thank you Valeria for all your help, we shall be back :-)

Pasamos 10 días espectaculares, el lugar es imponente, las vistas hablan por si mismo, el equipamiento es muy bueno porque está todo lo que uno puede llegar a necesitar, el servicio de los propietarios realmente muy buenos porque están permanentemente en el detalle. Seguro que regresaremos el año siguiente. 100% recomendable.

Semana de Puerto Paraiso

Hemos estado una semana en el mes de Julio y hemos estado bastante a gusto con el apartamento. Se encuentra situado en una zona muy tranquila, lo cual se agradece de cara al descanso; y a su vez cercana de la playa del Cristo de de la Rada así como del paseo marítimo. En cuanto a la comodidad del apartamento solo puedo decir cosas buenas: camas cómodas, sofás cómodisimos, televisión grande, Wifi con 4G (algo que hoy en día es casi indispensable), cocina suuper bien equipada (no he echado de menos absolutamente nada con respecto a mi casa), y una terracita con unas vistas espectaculares al puerto deportivo, en la que es muy agradable cenar o almorzar. Otro punto a su favor es que a su alrededor cuenta con varios supermercados asi como dos piscinas que, aunque no son muy grandes, van estupendamente para darte un chapuzón después de venir de la playa. El precio es muy muy bueno para las magníficas calidades del mismo pues como he dicho el apto está muy bien equipado. El trato de Valeria, inmejorable tanto en la reserva como posteriormente, es un encanto. Solo le puedo poner una pega al apartamento y que para nosotros si ha sido un inconveniente, y ha sido que a pesar de que el piso está bastante bien orientado hemos pasado un poco de calor... esto no hubiera sido un inconveniente de no haber sido por esta ola de calor que arrasa por toda España... estas cosas son imprevisibles. A pesar de esto, recomiendo este alojamiento por sus buenas calidades y su buena relación calidad-precio. Muchas gracias por todo Valeria!!
