Come check out "Barefoot Breeze" in the heart of the Sea Trail Golf Resort, just off the island of Sunset Beach. The unit overlooks the 18th fairway of one of three courses within the Sea Trail Resort. 100% cotton linens, all bath towels provided. A beach starter pack makes your vacation a breeze! We offer beach towels a few beach chairs and a cooler to set you up for a great day at the beach. Access to the Pink Palace & Maples Activity Center (MAC) pools and work out center also included.
Each bedroom has 2 queen beds with a full bathroom. Second bedroom has an optional lockout with kitchenette, perfect for 2 families. Desk with ergonomic office chair for remote workers. 3 Flat Screen TV's (Smart TV in living room to access your streaming accounts), 2 DVD players and WiFi internet access for all your entertainment needs. Barefoot Breeze also includes washer and dryer in the unit. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appropriate cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. We supply a "start up" kit. 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry pod, 1 dish washer pod...enough to get you started. The Dollar General and Food Lion are a few minutes away.

This condo is in a great location just a short drive to Sunset and Ocean Isle beaches. There is a grocery store close by. The condo was clean and very spacious. It was perfect for the seven of us in our group. We loved calabash creamery.

Fun in the sun

We had a great time here and loved the location and closeness to the beach. It really is close to so much. The pools in the complex were very nice. We would have liked to have been able to rinse off after the beach closer to the condo and we also didn't realize it was a third floor unit, other then that, it was a great unit.

Great Vacation!

The owners were great, let’s got back to us immediately if we had a question, offered lots of helpful tips for the area and a map to the pools. They supplied all linens and towels and had a well equipped kitchen, as well as starter soaps and paper. There were even beach chairs and toys and a cooler for use when we went to the beach. The condo was beautiful and very roomy. (We did put away some of the pretty stuff for the week since we had 3 preschoolers!) Overall the accommodations and responsiveness of the owners made our vacation a wonderful one! We would definitely return!

We fell in love with Sunset Beach and wanted to purchase a condo to be able to share with others.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a location that was peaceful, yet close to the ocean. Our 3rd floor unit is the perfect tranquil getaway, without having to listen to any loud people above you! Watch the birds and golfers from the balcony or living room sofa.

What makes this property unique

We have 2 large bedrooms, the second bedroom also has a kitchenette. If you have 2 families sharing, one can still make simple meals if they would like the additional privacy.
