Sleep soundly in the spacious bedroom adorned with a plush king-size bed and ample storage, while additional guests can rest comfortably on the queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

For added convenience, we provide linens, towels, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet.
Please note our strict no-pet and no-smoking policy to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.

Indulge in leisurely moments at our completely renovated, heated indoor pool, or unwind in the hot tub with a mesmerizing view, ideal for cooler weather relaxation.

A refundable deposit of $100 is required at check-in, with a minimum booking age of 21. Our firm check-in time is set for 5:00 pm, with limited exceptions for early arrivals.

Please be aware of our $50 cancel fee, excluding reservations made through Airbnb, to cover credit card processing fees. Additionally, as a timeshare unit, breakfast is not included, but guests will appreciate the convenience of a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator.

Great location, as advertised

The place was clean, though a quite a bit dated. Built in 82, it largely still looks it. Floors are new which is why the land lines do not work. Even if they did work, you couldn't call ANYBODY. Phone install was abandoned some time ago. WiFi works great and I was able to bring an Apple TV to watch what we wanted, when we were in the room. I would definitely repeat.
