Loved being on 40th st. and Oceanfront!Very cute decor, nice comfy bed. Pool and bikes, beach towels and chairs are provided. Lawn furniture and grills too! Staff was super friendly and the hosts were in kind and communicated well. We had a great time! Would stay again!

Short beach stay!

This was a little treat for my kids after a long multiple day roadtrip to visit colleges. The place was perfect...just wish the weather and waves were more cooperative! But we got to put our toes in the sand and got to take a cool dip in the ocean, which for us is a plus!

The condo was a perfect place for us to stay for a couple days to attend a concert. The condo was very clean. The owners provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella and even a soft cooler. Steps to the beach so we could enjoy a quick beach fix. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was great. Would stay again.

With all of the amenities included [bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, bedding, towels] all you need is your bathing suit for a relaxing beach trip. From the patio, pool or front lawn you have many places to kick back after a day on the beach, plus you are close to stores and restaurants. Super clean facility, and accommodating hosts -perfect place for your beach vacation!

Perfect for a couple.

My wife and I booked our trip for Labor Day weekend. We read the reviews and were impressed, so we decidee to try it. It was a great choice. Everything for a beach trip is included. Beach umbrella and chairs, beach towels. We will be back for sure.

Cute room! Bed was super comfortable. There was a good storage cabinet. The only 2 drawbacks. No bedside table on left side of bed. And no outlets near the bed. A great addition would a multi usb port or a surge protector with several outlets near the bed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We live here in Virginia Beach and love coming to the oceanfront. We have walked by this property many times while taking our kids to play volleyball on the beach, as well as biking in from the north end. The property always caught our eye because of how cozy it looked. There always seemed to be a lot of fun going on. So, when the opportunity to buy a unit here we knew this was a great fit for us. We have been in the hospitality business for over 34 years. We would love to help others enjoy this paradise we have been so fortunate to experience.

Why they chose this property

This property is located right at the beach at the end of the boardwalk at 40th and Atlantic. I like to call it the quieter side of the boardwalk. You do not have to drive anywhere. Everything is truly in walking or biking distance. So much to do in Virginia Beach. Everyone is super friendly here too.
