Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, in der Nähe der Cote Sauvage. Der Check-in und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter hat reibungslos geklappt. Allerdings muss man erwähnen, dass die Wohnung und das Mobiliar in einem abgewohnten und teilweise abgerockten Zustand sind. Die Waschmaschine ist total verdreckt, ebenso der Backofen. Die Matratzen der Betten sind durchgelegen. Das WC befindet sich in einer Nische unterm Dach ohne Fenster - die Klobrille ist viel zu klein für die Keramik. Es gibt keine Schränke um Kleidung aufzuhängen. Der Badezimmerschrank ist kurz vor dem finalen Zusammenbruch, beim Öffnen der Schublade hat man direkt den Griff in der Hand. Die Dusche ist völlig verkalkt, die Regendusche spritzt zu allen Seiten, nur nicht nach unten. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen hat Risse im Stoff und ist klapprig. Gleiches gilt für den Beistelltisch. Bei der Küchenausstattung findet man lieblos angestoßenes und nicht zusammenhängendes Geschirr sowie Besteck. Es gibt lediglich EIN scharfes Messer (Sebel), kein Schäler oder Salatbesteck. Scheinbar hat es in der Vergangenheit einen Wasserschaden gegeben, denn die Böden und Leisten im EG sind deutlich verfärbt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung (besonders im OG) extem hellhörig. Es reicht, wenn man sich im Bett umdreht, da die Betten extrem quitschen. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen, obgleich der ruhigen Lage und dem netten Austausch mit dem Anbieter.

Bonjour Aleta nous avons bien eu votre appréciation qui bien évidemment nous laisse sans réponse puisque c’est bien la première fois qu’on nous laisse un si mauvais commentaire que nous prenons malgré tout bien en compte ……. Bien évidemment je dois vous dire qu’à votre départ le logement était dans un état lamentable( la table mise à une autre place ,les lits avaient eux aussi changer de place ,le lave vaisselle non vider ….. quand vous êtes rentrez dans le gîte il était propre malgré tout …… donc à mon tour je ne vous recommande en aucun cas …. Non pas que je suis vexée mais juste pour l’état dans lequel vous avez laissé le logement !!!!!

Empfehlenswerte schön geschnittene Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung, sehr ruhig und mit Privatsphäre. Eigene kleine, nicht einsehbare Terrasse. Die Küchenausstattung (Besteck und Geschirr) war in Ordnung, Ofen könnte sauberer sein, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach 👍, Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine sowie Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Wasserkocher und Microwelle. Zur Innenstadt Quiberon ca 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Auch die Wilde Küste ist nah. Quiberon ist ein tolles Domizil mit der Möglichkeit zum Wandern, Rad fahren, Baden, Bummeln und weitere Ausflüge mit dem Schiff oder aufs Festland. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub 😊

Gîte très bien conçu et fonctionnel. Terrasse sympa. Le tout à 10/15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Propriétaires très sympathiques et logeant à proximité de la location ce qui facilite les échanges et la réactivité.
