Nice villa in the center of Porto Vecchio
The house of France is a single storey villa of 160 M2 in a residential area in the center of Porto Vecchio. It has a large living / dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double bed (possibility to make single beds), 3 bathrooms, one with bath, 3 toilets.
Fenced villa with gate at the entrance overlooking a large courtyard that can park up to 4 cars. On the back is the garden with its swimming pool (unheated) 12x4 m along a large terrace. Tranquility and space.
Perfect for meetings with family or friends.
Exceptional location, 10 minutes walk from the center of Porto Vecchio and ten minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, ...)
Sumptuous sites to visit and beautiful hikes nearby.

Très bon séjour, propriétaires très réactifs. Quelques petits bémols en terme d’équipement ( pas de couteaux qui coupent, villa pour 6 et seulement 4 transats, 1 chambre sur les 3 n’est pas climatisé…)

Schöne Ville für Freunde und/oder einen Familienaufenthalt
Die Vermieter und Amelie vor Ort sind sehr bemüht, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Ein schöner Pool, in dem man nicht nur plantschen, sondern auch ein paar ordentliche Schwimmzüge machen kann.
Im Haus ist ausreichend Platz, so dass man sich nicht auf der Pelle sitzt. Allerdings sollte man sich schon gut kennen und mögen. Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig. Aber darauf kann man sich ja einstellen.
Wenn´s mal kühl wird, kann man es sich, dank der Heizung, trotzdem schön gemütlich machen.
Highlight in den Schlafzimmern sind die Betten. Die Matratzen sind am Kopf und Fußteil getrennt höhenstellbar, so dass man bequem lesen und seine persönliche Liegeposition einstellen kann.
In der Küche lässt sich gut kochen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Noch ein, zwei Schneidebretter wären hilfreich aber man kommt klar.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort rundum genossen.
