Overall it was a good property located in Izatys but unfortunately as described in the listing the resort no longer has pool/hot tub and the rest of the resort has seen its better days since we were there many years ago. Host was quick to answer questions and kitchen was well equipped but would love to suggest some pads for the outside metal chairs as the view of the lake was our favorite part!

We had a wonderful stay and a great family vacation! We had several generations of our family together, and there was truly something for everyone to enjoy. The four-bedroom layout was perfect, giving everyone their own space while still having plenty of room to spend time together.The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay.Our only feedback is that the resort no longer has a pool, which was a bit disappointing. Fortunately, we found plenty of other fun ways to enjoy the area, including renting jet skis from Randy’s, tubing down the Rum River in Isanti, and spending a day at Quarry Park in St. Cloud. Those activities helped make our trip even more memorable.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this property to families or larger groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

We have rented this unit several times for family reunions and have always been pleased. The unit is clean and well equipped. It is located toward the end of the resort and we love the quiet. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!
