Large terrace and magnificent private enclosed garden of 4000 m2, pets welcome.
5 adult rooms (double beds) + 1 child room + 1 foldable child bed, i.e. 10 adults beds and two children beds.
2 bathrooms, a shower room, 2 separate toilets, equipped kitchen, washing machine, two televisions, Wifi.

Maison propre et spacieuse, nous étions 10 , chambres très grandes, cuisine bien équipée. Bien située, proche des commerces et des plages. Par contre terrain non entretenu, nous n avons pas pu en profiter.

Emplacement au top avec plein d’activités à faire et de beaux paysages à découvrir. L’arrivée et le départ autonome est vraiment génial car ça nous permet de gérer et de s’organiser comme on le souhaite. Il y a une terrasse et c’est très agréable de pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur également. En revanche, le ménage et la propreté est quasi inexistant. À notre arrivée, il y avait beaucoup de poussière partout à croire que le ménage n’a pas été fait. Les housses des sièges du salon de jardin étaient dans la cave et nous savons été obligés de les passer à la machine à laver pour pouvoir les utiliser. Idem pour les rideaux de la chambre , tellement poussiéreux que nous les avons décroché pour pouvoir y dormir. Dans la cave il y a une table de ping pong. C’est génial pour les ados sauf qu’il a fallu tout nettoyer pour pouvoir en profiter. En conclusion le logement est bien mais avec un bon coup de ménage c’est mieux. Malgré tout Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Vacances tres agréables. Maison bien conçue et accueillante où on se sent comme chez soi . Très pratique pour un groupe .Nous etions 5 et chacune d'entre nous avait sa chambre. J'ai apprécié d'avoir une chambre au RdC en raison de mes difficultés de mobilité .Nombreuses promenades à partir de Ploemeur : Lorient, Vannes, Pont Aven par exemple. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir amener un chien et un chat

Nous sommes venu à 8 adultes deux enfants et 4 chiens, le gîte est parfait pour recevoir et chacun avait son intimité ce qui est top et accepter tous les chiens a été un gros plus pour nous :) Fabrice est plus qu'efficace dans sa réactivité, et est très sympa. L'emplacement près de la mer est super :) On recommande vivement et il n'est pas impossible que l'on revienne !! Juste un bémol c'est la "clôture" ... N'importe quel chien passe sans problème et il serait top et sécuritaire de la remettre à jour :) Un grand merci

Malgré le vilain temps, nous avons pu apprécier le charme de cette maison.
