Oceanfront Condo on magic Sugar Beach - Ocean View

Life is sweet on Sugar Beach. Our oceanfront condo is fewer than 100 steps to a world-class beach that stretches for 5 miles. The smooth sand, gentle waves, and warm water create the ideal swimming experience. And when you are ready to come in, you can relax on our private beachfront lawn with your own lounge chair, table, and umbrella. Or maybe you prefer the pool? It’s perfectly maintained and private.

Our one-bedroom, two-bathroom, fifth floor condo is recently remodeled and includes everything you need to fully unwind into Maui time. We love drinking our morning coffee on the balcony, looking out at the ocean and listening to the birds. The Nani Hai Kale includes free parking and excellent security – private entrance to parking and beach.

You may find it hard to leave our little slice of paradise, but we are very close to more beaches, scenic areas, shopping, and great food. Three minute walk to the bakery, ABC store, a small market (with a world-class poke selection) and a popular shave ice shop! Bus stop is three minutes away, 30 min drive to Lahaina, 15 min to Wailea, and 15 min to Kahului (airport, Costco, Target and Walmart).

Kihei is very well known for its beaches. From left to right, as eyes can see, are all beaches. We are also at the very beginning of a stretch of secluded sand beach with very low foot traffic. So the place is convenient, central and yet private.

The best way to tour Maui is via car. However, Shuttle is available from the airport to the property via Jingo`s Magic Shuttle Service, $60 each way for your entire group. Please contact me for details. There is a bus stop 3min walk away. The bus route takes you to the entire island. Uber, Lyft and private shuttle service also available.
