Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remember to take the parking pass out of the car and return it to the keyrack to avoid the replacement fee of $25. Please return the pool key to keyrack to avoid the $175 replacement fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a designated smoking area in the back of the complex. Please no smoking or vaping inside the house or on the patio.
Please be mindful of quiet hours.
Please rinse your feet off at the shower near the entrance of the complex when coming from the beach and shake towels off outside.
