Charming 3 1/2 room apartment nestled in the wooded attic of the 4th floor, in the heart of the resort and in the immediate vicinity of the shops, with a bus stop only 50 meters away. This apartment full of character enjoys a beautiful view and offers a warm and practical setting.It consists of a living room with TV and access to the balcony, leading to two alcoves: one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen, completely renovated in December 2022, is perfectly equipped. An independent bedroom with two single beds and sink completes the main sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.The apartment also has an adjoining studio with two trundle beds, a kitchenette, a washing machine, a dryer and a bathroom with toilet.An outdoor parking space is included. Please note that the building does not have a lift. Pets allowed on request. -- The keys are available from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at our agency : Rue de la Poste 23. Possibility of arrival after 6:00 pm, keys will be in the Key Box on request. -- -- -- Final Cleaning: Normal cleaning of the accommodation on departure is included in the price. -- -- Available Kitchen Towels: A starter kit for washing up, with 1 disposable kitchen towel, is provided. -- -- Available Bath Towels: A set of bath towels per person is available. -- -- Bedsheets: -- The laundry of one set per person is included, the beds are ready for your arrival. -- -- Parking: Refer to the description. -- -- Caution: A deposit of approximately 10% (minimum CHF 300.-) of the price will be requested upon arrival. Appartement avec splendide vue sur les Alpes
