Rick doesn't follow up

couldn't reach rick (owner) pre check in. Had to get the neighbors to let us in (door locked with hidden key). Place not clean when we arrived: beds slept in and no clean towels. Freezing cold until we got in and started heat. Rick never followed up to right these items. House is ok, nice location.

Contacted Art, stated the cleaning crew couldn't get in due to a late stay fisherman and had clean sheets and supplies at the house. He was ok with that at that time. Sorry for your disappointment. PS I did email my contact information to reach me. again Sorry for your disappointment.

Horrible place

The “house” is basically a shed. You feel like you will fall through the floor as you walk around. There was no hot water in the shower. The dock is unsafe, it has holes in it from the rot. When you call the owner, Rick, he will lie to and tell you he will Reimburse but he won’t. Don’t stay here.
