Welcome to beautiful Captiva Island, Florida, and paradise! The lovely Sunset Captiva #16 vacation rental home is located in the private, quiet, community of “Sunset Captiva” across from the pool and the beach boardwalk. The community is centrally located on more than 6 miles of spectacular beach on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a pool, dock, two tennis courts, and a recreation area complete with gas grills and picnic tables. It’s also conveniently close to The Village and the finest in dining, shopping, and recreation. This is a place that is great to walk and explore.
Parking is limited to 2 cars. No boats or trailers are permitted.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Beautiful and comfortable Captiva home!

This beautiful Captiva home has everything you need to enjoy time in paradise with friends or family! The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to gather as well as spots to curl up and read. Beach chairs and toys were abundant. George the on site handy man does an excellent job keeping everyone happy and the grills and pool area looking great. Beach access is fantastic. Only bummer was tennis courts being redone, but will be up and running soon w pickle courts. We will be back for sure!

Reviewer Comments: House complex extremely clean and tidy, pool area spotless and always checked on by maintenance crew multiple times a day, bbq’s cleaned every morning, house that we rented was perfect, issue with sliding glass door and was promptly dealt with, also any supplies that were running out of for our two week stay was replenished immediately, I really can’t say enough about all the crew that works on this property, they were amazing!

Reviewer Comments: The house was spotless and had virtually no signs of Ian except for the front stairs that a contractor was there measuring to replace.Sunset Captiva was in remarkable shape and nicely maintained by George the maintenance man.How can you beat a 30 second walk to the pool and 2 minutes to the beach.Looking forward to our next stay!
