Nice looking a blue gem 2bed Apt, excellent location to Commute to NYC. Bus stop is only steps away. This apartment was recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay pleasant and in style. Bedroom has a queen bed in the first bedroom, a full bed in the second bedroom, full of closet space, at the living room there is a full sofa bed. TV wifi, a complete equipped kitchen. Elevator and laundry room in a common area. We also offer private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

It was perfect for us. Very easy to get into the city. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Be aware that the entrance door sticks so we had a little trouble entering but nothing major. Also, if you're feeling adventurous take the 100 yr old scary elevator (not for the faint of heart!). We felt very safe here.

Claudia is proactive with communication and always responds promptly. That was very reassuring. The apartment was spotless. Parking was very convenient and only 5 more per day than the city permit. Worth it to know you could park close. The location is perfect for accessing the city as often as you'd like. There is a stop right outside and it runs often. Our view of NYC skyline out of the master bedroom was wonderful! The kitchen has basics but only that so plan accordingly. For coffee lovers who want to come prepared with pods or coffee - it's a drip pot. They provide one filter and one serving of coffee. The heat is provided by the building and you can turn it off at Access points in the apartment. However, even with those access points off the apartment we were in on the top floor was never comfortable unless we had windows open. Thankfully the weather was nice and we were able to do that.We did have a small issue and Claudia responded promptly and appropriately.

Séjour en famille

Apparemment agréable de 2 chambres dans une résidence de 5 étages. Très bon compromis comparé à des hôtels pratiquant des prix excessifs sur Manhattan. Le séjour nous a coûte finalement quasiment 2 fois moins cher qu’un hôtel sur Manhattan donc c’est clairement un super compromis. Quartier super calme avec un supermarché à 2mn à pieds où l’on trouve de tout, très bien desservi par les bus (24 mn jusqu’à port authority). Petit bémol attention le soir bus toutes les heures (125) il faut penser à être minimum 30 mn avant le départ si vous voulez être sûrs de monter dedans. Sinon l’appartement est bien équipé les literies sont confortables, l’appartement ainsi que le linge de lit et de bain étaient impeccablement propres et Claudia est une hôte très réactive ! L’appartement est un peu juste pour 5 mais ça le fait quand même, il manquait juste de quoi s’asseoir à table car il n’y avait que 3 chaises pour 5. Enfin sinon mais l’hôte n’est pas responsable du tout, Nous avons eu une petite mésaventure le 25/12 nous sommes restés bloqués à 5 dans l’ascenseur (mon mari et mes 3 enfants). Pas de système d’alarme dans l’ascenseur un peu vieillissant donc on a fait le 911 et là les pompiers sont venus nous secourir en un temps record ! Plus de peur que de mal ! Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à north Bergen et à New York tout simplement et le recommanderions sans hésiter ! Merci à Claudia 😉

Nice place rest after a long day

After spending the day in Manhattan itt was a nice place to come back to without much noise and plenty of space for everyone. Manager was great about getting back to us when we had questions.

NYC trip from Oct 11th to Oct 14th 2019

I've been in NYC 4 times now and that has been by far the best place I've been due to many nice feature (never stayed in Manhattan due to the $$$$): - 20 minutes away from Port Authority Bus Terminal. Every 5 minutes there is a bus picking you up corner of JFK blvd and 17th street (where the appartment is situated) and bringing you to PABT which is close to Time Square. - The appartment is super clean with a nice kitchenette and everything needed in it. - The neighborhood seems safe with a dollar store and supermarket within 5 minutes walk. - Claudia was super easy to deal with and was answering all the questions I had within minutes ! - Nothing bad to say honestly about this place. - Will come back and deal with Claudia next time I am in NYC for sure. I recommend this place if you are visiting the Big Apple. Enjoy :)
