Nice property.

Enjoyed our stay. Four bedroom worked great for grandparents, son and his wife, and their four kids - ages 6, 4, 3 and 1. Bunk room was ideal with a twin on top, full on bottom and then a pull out twin under the bottom bunk. 3 older kids in the bunk room which left separate bedroom for the baby in a pack-n-play.

It was almost perfect, as we all loved Breckenridge, however

Property location is great, the only problem was that there wasn’t enough snow to ski in ski out , we went at the end of November. The house is a bit smaller than anticipated, and older as well. There was an issue with toilet flush, which was fixed very efficiently. We didn’t have hot water, called out for service, it was fixed, but the next morning the same thing happened. Something was wrong with the water heater . Beds were comfortable, humidifiers helped with the dry air . Kitchen appliances , knives and frying pans are very basic . I felt the price we paid is higher than value we got overall.

Wonderful vacation

We were two families for a total of eight people, vacationing. The home was clean, spacious and had wonderful amenities. The children’s bunk room was ideal for four of our children. The view from every room was absolutely breathtaking. We all agreed that it was one of the best vacations we have had in a very long time and this property had a lot to do with that fact!

Very spacious

Great cabin for a large family. Plenty of showers and tubs to get warm. Furnace kept it at 80 degrees, but other than that was great.
