Wanna camp? Bring your bass boat! Bring your (dry dock) camper. Victoria Campground with public ramp and beach access 2 miles away. Home doesn't have its own water access.

Just renovated! New to the market after getting the upgrades it deserves.

This home is so cute, secluded and perfect for relaxation. This home is basically a studio home. The "bedroom" is in the loft upstairs (at the top of very steep stairs). It does not have a wall separating it from the living room below.

This is the ENTIRE HOME. NO HOUSE SHARING. Why stay with someone else when you can have the entire home!

There is a fire pit with 6 very comfortable adirondack chairs. We do not provide the firewood but we will provide you with a very nearby neighbor that has a "self service" firewood business. It's $10/stack which should be plenty for a couple night's fires.

This home is 2 miles to a boat ramp and beach
9 miles to Downtown Woodstock
12.1 miles to East Cobb Baseball Complex
17.6 miles to Downtown Marietta
23.6 miles to The Battery (New Braves Stadium)
11.5 miles to Kennesaw State University
35.1 miles to Mercedes Benz Stadium (Falcons and United)
44.5 miles to Atlanta Airport (Hartsfield)

PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a smaller home. It's great for close family and friends. We are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" at the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.

Guests have access to the entire home.

Also, if you are traveling with a pet(s), you can bring up to 3 along but we have to collect a $99 fee. If a pet is discovered during your stay or evidence is discovered after your stay a $200 fee will be accessed.

Cabin without AC in GA in July!!
If we had known the large AC had been out for a while we would have not stayed here. The very small window AC downstairs didn't do anything ! Thankfully we property manager Rebecca fought for us to get another portable AC which made it bearable but still not acceptable. Being upfront about the problem would have been appreciated. While we were happy to find a place near our daughter that allowed dogs we felt so bad leaving them in the hotbox while we had appointments. We were promised to be refunded for one night and for another large fan I purchased to make through a couple of brutal days. In the fall this place is most likely perfect but don't bother in the summer. The bathroom has no air so you stay wet even after showering. The laundry room has no air and is really musty smelling. I didn't dare use the washer and dryer because I am sure the musty smell would have been on clothes. Overall the owners need to disclose that the larger unit had not been working for apparently the last 2 groups of guests. Not sure how far back that was. Also the driveway needs to be fixed. Large ruts that even an SUV spins out in. It was not easy to get up the steep hill will these ruts. The walk to the lake and the little neighborhood was nice in the morning!

Wonderful hide-away
This place looks remote, on a map. It isn't. It definitely feels that way, though. The A-frame is just what you expect from these cabins that were so popular decades ago. This one has been updated just enough, without being over done. The property was in good shape overall, and the hosts were great communicators. We didn't expect to fall in love with the place, but we did. We will definitely stay there again.

Great spot
We enjoyed our stay but it is very remote from interstate. Roads are windy and 30mph speeds to get to it. It was extremely peaceful and there is tons of wildlife around the home. Driveway is a little washed out and steep so you may need to take an SUV.
