Lovely Guest House ~ Lakepoint ~ Lake Allatoona ~ Red Top Mountain

This is for the guest apartment only located adjacent to the main house. The property sits on 3 acres off of a gravel road. There is a 750 sq ft gym. Lake Allatoona is about 1 to 2 min away. Red Top Mountain is about 5 minutes away. The Lakepoint sports complex is located about 15 min away. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only. No partying, large gatherings or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.

The host was amazing and very responsive. We liked the location (end of a gravel road) but it might not be for everyone. Tons of deer so drive very carefully. Only downfall was no comfortable place to sit as another reviewer stated, but the pictures were accurate as to what furniture was available.

Great Guest House

A very nice guest house, very clean and had everything we needed. So hard to find a nice pet friendly accommodation, really happy we found this spot for the night on our road trip.

Great spot

We stayed here with our 3 dogs and it was perfect. The dogs had plenty of room to run and the apartment was comfortable for all. Thanks to Mr. Kenny for our stay. There is an awesome gym underneath the apartment to work out. Very nice neighbors as well.

Quiet Stay

As a senior adult woman this was exactly what I needed. In a neighborhood but on my own. I felt safe but if help was needed I felt it was there. Everything as described. Enjoyed a meal on the porch with a breeze and nature. Would stay again.
