Beautiful villa for rent in Provence

In the heart of Provence, this charming house of 100 M2 in the pretty village of Aubignan, welcomes you with great benefits: individual air conditioning for each room, refined decoration, lots of storage, modern kitchen, beautiful salt pool , heated and fenced, nice terrace and a garden of 800 M2 fenced. Two adult bikes are also available.

The villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms upstairs with fitted wardrobes (1 bedroom: 160 bed, 2 bed 140 and 3 bed: 2 beds 90 so for 6 people sheets not provided), a bathroom (shower and bath), 2 toilets, large open living / dining room of 45m2 (flat screen TV) overlooking a nice terrace (36 M2) equipped with garden furniture and a table for 6 people. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine and wifi.

You can relax in a pretty garden and at the edge of a beautiful private 9x4 heated pool, protected by an alarm and a fence. A pool house is at your disposal equipped with a gas barbecue, a refrigerator and a sink. Our villa is located in a quiet residential area with trees. 2-3 parking spaces and an electric gate are at your disposal.

An ideal location in the heart of Provence where you can combine relaxation and walks (hiking, cycling, visiting the markets of Provence ...). A beautiful region not far from the Luberon, Gordes, Roussillon, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont-Ventoux.

The price does not include the cleaning fees that you will have to pay upon your arrival (70 €). We require a deposit of 600 € per week payable on booking. 50% of the rental payment will be made upon booking and 50%, 30 days before your arrival. We speak French and English

Wonderful house, garden and pool

We had an extremely relaxing stay in this immaculate home. Camille and Gille made us very welcome and have ensured that guests have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outside spaces including the pool were really well kept and not overlooked.

A wonderful place to stay!

Everything about this holiday and property was excellent; right from the initial communication with Camille who was quick to reply and provided thorough answers to my questions, through to the easy check-in, the property being exactly as described, with everything we needed for the family to stay being provided and being exceptionally clean. Overall it was a wonderful property with great facilities, in a good location. We had a fantastic holiday and couldn't ask for any more!

Beautiful holiday

Beautiful house in a quiet location. House has everything you need. Great pool. Very child-friendly. Shopping facilities nearby. The region is a paradise for cyclists. Mont Ventoux nearby.

A Piece of Heaven in Provence

This property is ideally located in the shadow of Mont Ventoux, in a pretty little town of Aubignan. The property itself is absolutely perfect for a family stay. It has been lovingly renovated by the owners and feels exactly like a home from home. Within walking distance of the town and its cafe, bar and restaurants, the property is quiet and on the edge of the countryside yet only 7kms by bike from the centre of Carpentras. We had a fantastic holiday here and would hope to return again in the future.

Fantastic house in a magnificent area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and well taken care of. We enjoyed the pool, and the outdoor sitting areas. Shops are conveniently close. Also, the surrounding area was amazing. There are so many great hiking opportunities (eg Dentelles de Montmirail, Gorge de la Nesque). As well as interesting cities and towns to visit such as Nimes, Avignon, Vaison-La-Romaine. And I haven't even mentioned the great local wines from Beaumes de Venise. We have never revisited the same holiday home twice. But we might seriously reconsider this one in the future.

Perfecte gezinsvakantie in een rustige en luxe villa

Wij hebben met ons gezin een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze villa! Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig: een ruime keuken, fijne bedden, goede wifi en zelfs wat speelgoed voor de kinderen. Alles was schoon en netjes.Het zoutwaterzwembad was echt een groot pluspunt. Geen last van chloor, en insecten. De kinderen hebben zich er uren vermaakt terwijl wij lekker konden relaxen op het terras.De omgeving is superrustig, ideaal om echt tot rust te komen. Toch zijn winkels en leuke uitstapjes makkelijk te bereiken met de auto.Een aanrader voor gezinnen die willen genieten van rust, comfort en plezier. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Ferienoase in der Provence

Sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus mit hübschem Garten, mehreren schönen Sitzplätzen, angenehm schattigem Poolhaus und gepflegtem Pool. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Märkte und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bestens zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern funktionierte gut und zeitnah,die Regelung zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sollte man vorher abklären. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Een leuke aanrader voor een gezin en mogelijkheid tot vele uitstappen in de buurt.

Wij hadden een heel leuk verblijf in de villa. Het huis was heel gezellig, stijlvol ingericht zoals op de foto's. De buiten was ook ruim genoeg met voldoende zitmogelijkheden zowel in de zon als in de schaduw. De buitenkeuken met de bbq aan het zwembad was ook een pluspunt. Ook een hartelijke ontvangst met een fles wijn en een vlotte communiciatie met gastheer en -vrouw.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in toller Landschaft

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Landschaft nahe des Mt. Ventoux. Das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Empfang durch den Eigentümer war sehr herzlich (Französische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil), uns wurde alles gut erklärt. Im Garten des Hauses ist ein Pool vorhanden, der ein erfrischendes Bad ermöglicht. Parkmöglichkeiten für zwei Fahrzeuge sind direkt vor dem Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une maison fantastique

Très belle maison

Très belle maison, beaucoup de goût tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Cuisine extérieure très appréciable, pour profiter de repas qu’il fasse très chaud ou même en soirée. Grande piscine, ombragée une partie de la journée. Terrasse sous vigne à l’arrière de la maison. Tout était très propre, Camille et Gilles étaient très à l’écoute et répondait à nos questions très rapidement. Tout était très bien, encore merci pour ce séjour agréable dans une belle région !

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Camille verbracht. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und wir haben ihn ausgiebig genossen (was bei 38 Grad auch nötig war 😅). Das Grundstück bietet genug Schatten rund um den Pool, so dass Sonnenanbeter wie auch Schattenlieger jederzeit ein passendes Plätzchen finden. Und die Mahlzeiten kann man wunderbar unter dem Weintraubendach am Haus oder im Poolhaus genießen. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen…

Une maison très belle dans une région extraordinaire

c'était un séjour exellant dans une maison de rêve. Très propre, rénove. Tout ce qu'il faut. Un pool pour récuperer. Un barbecue et une cuisine pour préparer tous les specialités. Des très belles chambres avec climatisation. Et tous dans un état très propre. La communication était exellante. Les commerces sont proches et la région est très belle. Wij hebben deze vakantiewoning 2 weken gehuurd. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het zwembad was een meerwaarde om wat af te koelen in het warme weer. De vakantiewoning is gelegen in een mooie omgeving.

Delightful holiday home, highly recommend!

First class. This is truly a home from home, equipped to a very high standard and easy to live in (well above the standard of most rental properties). The neighbourhood is very quiet, the house is secluded with good security. The heated pool was most enjoyable, and we were fortunate to be there when the grapes overhanging the terrace were abundantly available. The proximity to a particularly well stocked local supermarket and the attractive village centre is a plus; the location is also excellent for visiting larger towns in the vicinity. Our hosts were most helpful and welcoming. We would not hesitate to return.
