About this property

Mas of Caladou-Villa ANTALYA

Provençal farmhouse of the 18th restored, located on a hill near Mougins and Mouans Sartoux.

The garden planted with ancient olive trees is closed, and has a secured swimming pool (12x5).

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with bathroom and private toilet, and can accommodate 10 people.
The rooms are all large and can accommodate umbrella beds for babies if needed. (A changing table is made available)

The house also has an open terrace and covered outside, very popular during the hot summer.

Secure parking (automatic gate) can accommodate up to 4/5 cars, and gives a functional access full feet to the back kitchen.

All shops are less than 5 minutes by car,

The geographical location is ideal to take full advantage of the region and the activities it offers: a golf course within 8 minutes, Tennis on clay courts within 9 minutes, horse riding less than 10 minutes, beaches in Cannes at 15 minutes. minutes, but also beautiful walks in the countryside or in the mountains.

The layout of the house allows constant monitoring of children: ideal for the tranquility of parents!

A petanque court, a ping pong table, and a swing are available.

The exhibition is East, South and West with views of the mountain and the city of Grasse, as well as the hills of Plascassier.

A wonderful home

We stayed in Charles’s house for several months and we had an amazing time. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Specifically the garden is just fantastic - also our dog loved it. We already miss this place which had become our home for some time.

Toll!

Schönes, charmantes, altes Haus. Großer, schattiger Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Geschlossenes Grundstück. Pool, der seinen Namen verdient. Freundlicher Gastgeber, der recht zügig antwortet und sich ggf. um Probleme kümmert (bei uns war der Knopf der WC-Spülung abgefallen - der Klempner war am nächsten Tag da). Check-in: Die "Pool-Dame", Anne, war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, dank Keybox am Tor war der Zugang aber kein Problem. Schloss an der Terrassentür ( Haupteingang) zuweilen etwas hakelig. Nach dem Aufschließen muss man den kleinen Hebel darüber umlegen (Abschließen entsprechend andersrum). Größte Herausforderung ist die Zufahrt zum Haus. Die Gasse ist steil, unten schräg, uneben und schmal. Schwung holen wenn man einbiegt. Mit ein bisschen Übung kommt man zurecht. Auch ein VW T7 kommt durch. Ansonsten prima Lage, zentral gelegen für Ausflüge. Schöner Urlaub, vielen Dank an den Gastgeber.

Villa ancienne

Jolie villa au style ancien composée de 4 chambres avec ventilateurs (3 avec lit double et 1 avec 4 lits simple) Les chambres lits doubles étant équipées de leur salle de bain. Manque d'eau chaude pour se laver si nous sommes nombreux... Intérieur de la maison propre à notre arrivé. Extérieur spacieux avec une grande piscine (point négatif pour nous de couleur un peu verte et trouble à cause de la chaleur...). Manque de lumière dans le jardin le soir nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le noir pour manger obligé d'acheter des lampes.. La dame s'occupant de la maison passait régulièrement pour contrôler l'eau de la piscine et rajouter les produits nécessaires pour que celle ci devienne bleue. Terrain de pétanque, voisinage très calme. Conseil: ne pas venir avec une trop grosse voiture car maison difficile d'accès (en monté chemin étroit). La dame s'occupant de la villa était très à l'écoute. Nous avons passées une bonne semaine dans cette villa.

Agréable et spacieuse

Nous avons ma famille et moi-même passé un super bon séjour pour le réveillon du nouvel an. La maison est super bien chauffée La véranda nous a permis de pouvoir tous se mettre à table et très bien isolée. Les lits très confortables. Niveau drap nous en avions suffisamment. Cuisine très fonctionnelle et spacieuse qui nous a permis de tous mettre la main à la pâte. Le propriétaire très aimable, nous a accueilli parfaitement bien et à été très arrangeant au moment de l'arrivée et la sortie. Nous avons eu un petit incident sur le matériel qui est en cours de résolution nos échanges ont été très courtois avec le propriétaire ce qui est très appréciable.

Tres bonnes vacances familiales

Calme, spacieux, très bien équipé en jeux pour les enfants et en accessoires ( cuisine, fauteuils,...) Grande piscine, avec quelques soucis de clarté de l’eau certains jours orageux ; Nous en avons toutefois très bien profité. Adultes et enfants!

Lovely house but limited access

This is a fantastic house close to a beautiful small village. It is large, roomy and airy with good gardens with shade and sun. It has a wonderful outdoor seating areas to enjoy evenings in comfortable seats and barbeque areas. We brought our dog and were happy that the garden is secure. The indoor furniture and beds are comfortable. It is close to Grasse and good for sightseeing. The village is a delight with a great little restaurant, a boulangerie, a tabac and a few small shops. You can have a great stay here with a large group easily fitting in. The swimming pool is large and secluded, although the lining is stained. We probably suffered from it being end-of season. The longer cushions were really quite dirty and the cleaner could have cleared up the previous visitors mess a bit better. The kitchen though big could have benefitted from a few more utensils. We struggled to open a can one night and by the look of a bent pen knife so did others. Perhaps they had been lost during the season. Some washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs would have been a good thought. Perhaps this is an issue for the cleaner rather than the owner who isn't in the area. The property manager was helpful and charming. The major point that would be good to know is that it is located at the end of a quite long, very narrow and very steep access road. So narrow we couldn't get our camper van up it. We had to hire a small car as it is so steep you wouldn't want to walk up it carrying shopping without getting out of breath. Even in a small peugeot 108 there was little clearance on either side so really this property is unsuitable if you have a large vehicle or wide car. However if that's not an issue for you then this is a place you can have an enjoyable stay.

Très bon séjour avec quelques bémols cependant

Très bon week-end entre amis dans cette maison. Quelques bémols cependant : - Attention le chemin pour monter est assez raide et étroit, prévoir une voiture haute nous avons abîmé une de nos voitures de location... - Prévoir aussi des draps car le forfait draps comptabilisé est un peu raide pour le week-end : 150€ sans même que les lits soient faits ! - Enfin pour le propriétaire, certains ventilateurs dans les chambres de fonctionnent pas (ou très bruyamment) et pourraient être remplacés

Maison familiale dans bel région

Excellent maison familiale avec superbe piscine, table de ping pong, jeu de boule - permet une très agréable séjour en famille et avec des amis. Maison avec du charme dans un très bel région de la France.

Un véritable havre de paix !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end dans cette maison. Un véritable havre de paix. Entourée d’oliviers, l’extérieur de la propriété est vraiment agréable: piscine, terrain de pétanque, Ping poong et balançoire, nous avons ( petits et grands) profité! Nous relouerons la maison sans hésitation.

This place is wonderful!

We love this beautiful house in Grasse. Whether we were going to the beach in Cannes, eating at the cteperie in Nice, or visiting Ez.... We were close and it was easy to get to. And when we just felt like hanging around the pool and patio and eating in the garden the house was perfect for it. The decorations and furniture are lovely and very comfortable. We truly felt provincial here and hope to come back one day. Thank you for a marvelous stay in the south of France!
