The main living space resides on the 1st level as well as the King Master Suite for easy access. The 'wall of sliders' offers beautiful pool and deck views along with sunsets to die for!! The screened in back porch has a ceiling fan, great for cooling off after a long day at the beach! Not to mention the ocean views available from the 2nd and 3rd floor bedroom balconies!! The open chefs kitchen design brings family and friends together for dining and entertaining, as well as a brand new range top stove. Pop a few bottles of wine in the wine cooler to cure those thirsty guests after a long day of sun and fun!

Great week!

The house was clean, beautiful and spacious! Guests ranged in age from 15-50 and everyone had a great time. We would stay again in this beautiful neighborhood.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Probably the best equiped kitchen and beach chairs etc.The only area that we saw not kept up was the landscape, weeds taken over the flower beds and the pool area. The pool had some mole growing in it too.It just made the home look not cared for. the rust on the outside by the front door wasbad too. There were spider webs and bugs over the front door and front porch which was not very nice to go through to enter the front door. It should have been cleaned.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is situated beautifully— a pool overlooking the waterway and a very short walk to the complex pools and beach. Very nice amenities! Beds were comfortable and nice open floor plan. The decorating was too personalized and non-beachy. Also more basic supplies could/should be included: small shampoo, basic cooking spices (salt/pepper) etc. We definitely enjoyed our time there

Very accommodating to our large group

We had two families of 4 each staying in this house and it more than accommodated our group (17+ and up), with plenty of space for all of us. We had what we needed in the kitchen and the living room also fit all of us. The view overlooking the pool to the lake is beautiful, with a couple of otters sighted across the lake just about everyday we were there. The neighborhood is quiet with a very easy, short walk to the beach. The only drawback is the beach has large rock formations that prevent any type of skimboarding and wakeboarding type of activities, which we were unaware of. This was our first time at Cinnamon Beach, so don't know if it was just in this particular area or if Cinnamon is known for this. Fortunately we had the pool at the house. Overall great vacation!

Great House-Great Location

The house is great for a large group. It’s spacious, well layed out, and homey. We enjoyed a huge amount of time on the screened in porch eating, playing cards and drinking coffee. The pool area is nice and has good amenities, however we had an issue with some sort of snail-like animals growing/attaching all along the pool walls and bottom so we had 3 days where we couldn’t use our pool at the house. It did get treated, but poor communication when I contacted them. It was an unusually chilly week and we were told to use the heated clubhouse pools while ours was being treated. Unfortunately, the clubhouse pool was not heated. And when I asked the on site manager I was told her pool guy had gone home and her other pool guy was on vacation and she didn’t know how to turn it on. Even the next day it was not heated so that was disappointing. Overall we had a great time and would return.
