Great location, short drive to the beach

The house is very spacious, great for our family of six. Short drive to Vanderbilt Beach, either north or south access. Very, very quiet neighborhood. Great fenced in yard for our dog roam free. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Loved the kitchen and table for our meals. Super close to everything including shopping and activities.

Comfortable and well located

This house is roomy and comfortably furnished for our party of five. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics. The location is great a short bike ride from the beach and a short drive from many restaurants. The pool and backyard are lovely. The house is older but well maintained, although the primary bathroom could use an update. It is clean, functional and roomy, however. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This home is in Naples Park which is an ideal location. Close to shops, restaurants, and beach. The kitchen was well equipped- we made our Christmas dinner using the stove and grill outside which was also in good condition. There were more amenities than usual- garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, bottles of water and even sunscreen. We enjoyed the front tv room as well as the pool area. There are 4 lounge chairs we used every day! The first day the pool was being filled so was quite chilly and not usable. By the third day it was perfect. We had a little trouble getting ahold of the host the day before and day of check in. It was Christmas, but there was no response re: check in questions for over 24 hours. The house is clean, aside from the master bedroom mattress. There was a yellow stain on the fitted sheet and when we pulled the sheets at the end of our stay, we discovered a large yellow stain on the mattress. It looked like someone had either vomited or urinated on the mattress. There was no mattress pad, just the fitted sheet covering this. Had we known this earlier we would have contacted the host as that was pretty disturbing.

Great location - house just OK.

House is located conveniently to the beach, stores, and lots of shopping, and great parks. Picture of room with bunk beds does not have bunk beds. It has two twins beds with a night stand that make the trundle not usable, blocks a large closet, and takes away any play space in the room. The en-suite bathroom has a bath-tub shower stall with the drain completely corroded and no plug, so don’t plan on bathing children. The pool furniture pictured is replaced with much cheaper lounges and some of it not there at all. Kitchen has average stock and coffee pot did not work. The children’s amenities in the kitchen amounted to one spoon. Rental company manager was responsive.

Tolles Haus

Wir durften 9 Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Der Pool ist groß und das Highlight vom Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, sogar Pooltücher. Der Grill war defekt und wurde am nächsten Tag direkt umgetauscht. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

707 Palms

This house was perfect for our needs with our dog. It is a cute house and very convenient to supermarkets, shops, etc. There were a few things that could be updated/cleaned but overall a good stay. Make sure you are careful when walking between the pool and sliding glass doors. The tile is very slippery when wet and my daughter fell. Worth mentioning that Keith was very responsive to an issue at check in and got the problems resolved very quickly. We would stay in his properties again.

Safety concerns for children

Lanai tile very very slippery when wet. 1 adult and 2 children fell hard. Not due to running.This is an accident waiting to happen. Beveled glass dining table not kid friendly. Pool was enjoyed by all.
