About this property

House facing the sea for 14 people

It is a large independent house (250 m2 on different levels) facing south (terraces) with an exceptional view of the sea in a relaxing cove.
It is surrounded by 2000 m2 of wooded and enclosed land (swings, slide).
It runs along the shore at the bottom of the cove at the tip of the Porz-Gwenn peninsula in the town of Plougastel-Daoulas.

The house fitted out in 2011 has recent or traditional Breton furniture, and the decoration is focused on the theme of the sea, of Brittany. It has among others a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room - living room, seven bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, several lounges (games, TV, desk (computer-internet-library) )) and a French billiard room.
Most of the complete appliances are also from 2011.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus. Es liegt fantastisch mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Alles was gebraucht wir ist im Haus vorhanden und bei Fragen ist der Besitzer bzw. die sehr nette Nachbarin immer zu erreichen.

Face à la mer

Maison très agréable à vivre, au calme, où chacun a trouvé sa place. La maison est très bien équipée et la literie confortable. Le seul défaut provient de la cuisine qui n’est pas très bien agencée pour faire les repas pour 12 personnes. La vue sur la mer et la plage est magnifique.

Nous avons passé la semaine du réveillon du nouvel an dans cette maison maison idéal pour un séjour en famille. nous étions 12 dont 6 enfants, et nous n'avons pas utilisé une chambre (cela passe à 14) descriptif conforme à l'annonce, maison très bien exposé , terrasse qui doit être très agréable l'été. pièce TV, pièce billard, salon lecture, tout le monde y trouve son compte sans se marcher dessus. cuisine un peu petite. grand sous-sol , idéal pour le retour de la plage plage sympa de sable avec faible pente (idéal pour enfant ), puis zone rocheuse avec coquillage (huitre) bien situé pour visite de la bretagne. En moins d'une heure vous êtes sur la presqu'il de crozon ou a la pointe saint Mathieu. je vous la conseille.

Un séjour très réussi pour Noël

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Noël dans cette grande maison qui a permis d’accueillir famille et belle-famille. Nous avions largement assez de chambres et de places pour tout le monde. Elle est facilement accessible et face à la mer. La maison est très bien équipée et bien décorée. On s’y sent tout de suite très bien, comme à la maison ! De plus le linge de maison : draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons sont fournis, c’est très appréciable surtout quand on vient de loin, cela fait moins à transporter. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de profiter du jardin lors de cette période hivernale, mais celui-ci semble très appréciable surtout pour l’été. Si nous avons à revenir dans la région nous relouerons sans hésiter cette maison !

Grande maison au bord de l'eau Plougastel

Nous avons séjourné en famille durant une semaine dans cette grande maison au bord de l'eau à Plougastel. 6 adultes, 2 adolescents, 5 enfants. La maison se prête complétement à ce type de séjour. Il y a de nombreuses grandes chambres (14 couchages) dans beaucoup d'endroits différents de la maison. La maison est vraiment très grande, avec beaucoup d'endroits indépendants. On ne s'est jamais senti les uns sur les autres durant le séjour. La maison est très propre, très récemment refaite et très bien entretenue. Elle est également très bien équipée (vaisselle, mobilier, jeux, internet, TV, billard ...) et bien répartie et aménagée. La description de la location et sa situation étaient conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. L'endroit est magnifique. Nous sommes les pieds dans l'eau. Une grande terrasse nous permet de manger face à la mer. La mer (une vue imprenable) est visible du séjour et de plusieurs chambres. Plusieurs sorties et promenades possibles dans les environs de Porsgwenn , dans Plougastel, et dans la région (propositions de sorties dans un mini-guide et brochures à disposition sur place). Tranquillité et dépaysement. Je ne peux que recommander cette location. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain. Xavier

TOUT POUR PLAIRE

Grande maison avec des chambres agréables, et des pièces et espaces à vivre/jouer/surfer (internet) suffisants pour que chacun trouve sa place. Nous étions 11 adultes et 3 jeunes enfants et tout s'est merveilleusement passé. La maison est située face à la mer, il n'y a que 100 m à faire pour y accéder. Grande terrasse avec très belle vue. La cuisine n'est pas très grande, mais nous avions tous les ustensiles et récipients pour préparer les repas. Autre avantage : pas de pb pour se garer. Je recommande vivement.
