Aloha! Welcome to our beautiful Maui (Non-smoking) home in the Jasmine cluster at the fabulous Maui Kamaole in Kihei Maui. Our gorgeous one bedroom, two bathroom unit has a wonderful location in the low-rise complex close to both pools and outdoor grill. At the same time it has a very private lanai. The lanai is perfect for outdoor dining and lounging and is surrounded by a lush tropical landscape.

The condo is tiled throughout and has a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, a Cal King Bed, A/C units in the bedroom and living room, Cable TV/DVD/Netflix, high speed internet service, and a large library of movies and books. There is a phone in the condo available for guests to use to make (free) local and long distance calls to all of USA and Canada. In addition there are two full bathrooms with beautiful walk-in showers. We have a well stocked beach toy closet including: coolers, large beach towels, sand mats, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and umbrellas. Last but not least, you don't have to worry about parking at our condo! There is a designated (free) parking spot very close to our unit.

We just completed several renovations in our Maui home. The living room was updated in July 2019. Brand new furnishings including two comfortable recliners, custom sofa, beautiful lighting and artwork, and new paint to brighten up the space. The master bedroom got a major remodel in September 2019 with new paint and all new furnishings. It is truly a relaxing retreat after a long day exploring the island.
The courtyard off of the bedroom is our latest (Sept 2020) renovation. Beautiful wood like tiling, greenery, and landscape lighting make this a wonderful space to relax in.

This property has 2 gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs, barbeques, tennis courts, and is across the street from one of the best beaches Kihei has to offer - Kamaole Beach III. The coast is lined with beautiful beaches to the North and South. There is amazing snorkeling right from the beach where giant sea turtles can be seen and in the Winter months giant Humpback Whales are breaching everywhere. There is also great body surfing, windsurfing and kite boarding nearby. The condo is close to shops, restaurants and activities and is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

*Please Note: ALL Guests including Instant Bookings and Expedia reservations need to sign our rental agreement (emailed after booking). Photo IDs of all guests are required with the rental agreement. Reservation is not confirmed until we receive the signed rental agreement along with photo IDs of each guest.
**Also Note: We highly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance in the event your trip is interrupted or canceled due to flight changes/cancelations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
***Final Note: Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in our Maui Home. Our condo, including our two outdoor lanais, as well as the entire complex, is NON-SMOKING! And that means NO smoking or vaping of any kind. This is our second home and we try to keep it nice for all to enjoy it, not to have it ruined by some that choose to come in and ignore our House Rules, HOA Rules, and show basic lack of common decency.

Book elsewhere if you need to smoke! Heavy fines will be imposed on those who break our House Rules, with an immediate cancelation of the reservation.
