Kamaole Sands offers amenities for the whole family with a large pool, small children's wading pool, adult and family hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ's, picnic areas and fitness center! Directly across from one of the best beaches on Maui, Kamaole III Beach!

As you enter you are greeted by the feel of the tropics! Welcome to your Hawaiian home away from home. The private lanai offers outdoor dining or just relax with your favorite beverage. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for indoor/outdoor living. Take in the beauty of the lush grounds. Dine out doors with additional seating for four. Great ground floor location. The living area offers a comfortable sofa sleeper that allows for additional sleeping. Completing the living area are a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and window AC to keep cool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all any home chef would need. including dish-ware, glassware and silver service. The charming dining area allows seating for four. Guest bath has a walk in shower and plenty of vanity space. Stackable washer/dryer allow for lighter packing.

Drift off to sleep after a fun filled day on maui! The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath has been nicely updated and is complete with tub/shower combo.

Beautiful property with friendly helpful staff
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff on property and staff from CD Bankers are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The property is absolutely gorgeous, especially being on the ground floor that entire lawn is basically your backyard. And specically this property is less than 10 feet away from the bbq grills so you can literally grill and go back and forth to you fridge then sit and eat on your lanai enjoying the sunset. Being on the groundfloor also makes it super easy to walk to the pool, less than a minute walk. Its a 7 feet pool which is awesome with 2 large and 1 small jacuzzi. Location is also superb in that its away from all the shops sitting at the most southern part of Kihei right before Wailea, so youre within 5 min drive north to shops and safeway and 5 mins away from the spas and restaurants south on location in Wailea. Kam III which is probably one of the best places on island to see sunset is directly across from the property along with all the beaches. And like us, who prefer a bit more privacy and peace, we drive about 15 mins south to the beaches down in Wailea, my favorite is Makena Big Beach(3rd entrance) and Wailea Beach, theres always parking and never crowded. Anyways no much to complaint other than the fact that there were no spices, sauces or even salt and pepper which is baffling but not a big deal. We left all the coking spices, sauces, and oils, hopefully they keep it there and let the next people use them.

Would stay again
The property was clean and comfortable, even the fold out sofa! There were many rules (more than other units in the building). Ie garbage needs to be taken out daily, but we were only given 3 bags for our 8 day stay. We came across a few issues that were dealt with quickly except the screeching toilet pipes that would wake me up at night. All in all, we would stay there again, and hopefully the pipe issue will be resolved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great unit. Great location on the property.The assigned parking spot is somewhat of a distance if you are traveling with seniors. I was able to utilize the loading zone.A kettle was missing from the unit and upon request a new one was delivered. The lanai is quite small and only offers two chairs. Since there were three of us, that was a bit annoying. Adding a couple of folding chairs outside would be great. Also there was no beach umbrella in the unit so we borrowed from friends. Overall the management company was very responsive and the unit has everything you would need for your stay. We would definitely choose this unit again. Mahalo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was easy and the communication was seamless. There was always someone available to answer the phone. The property was clean and well stocked with dishes. The location was ideal as it was near the BBQs, a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool. We ran into an issue with someone parking in our assigned stall. Not normally and issue but when traveling with a toddler you need a Sherpa to carry all the things so parking in visitor spots on the opposite side of the complex was painful. Also, we requested a pack and play with our unit. When we arrived it was not there. After traveling 14 hours we really needed to put out kiddo to sleep and this was another night we had to wait to get the pack and play— and then set it up ourselves. When you have a screaming child, every moment counts.
