Very nice apartment, functional, well appointed, quiet and well oriented, and whose terrace can take unforgettable breakfasts, lunch and dinner (in the same day! with the morning sun, the midday sun and the setting sun ...) always facing the sea; ideally located, road Sanguinaires, a few minutes from the historic center of Ajaccio, 300 meters from the bus. "We enjoyed the apartment, with its magnificent view, and its superb location, which allowed us to make the most of our days for all our visits to Corsica," writes Nadine L. What to add? Everything is almost said, in so few words. Yet, the pleasure of being there, on the terrace, as on a balcony facing the Gulf of Ajaccio, the look at the Sanguinaires Islands, remains to be written by everyone ...

Fabulous deal for the money...with reservations

This is a great little apartment with a great view. Small but nice size for two. BUT, you will have to do a lot of hiking and climbing unless you have a car. The climb to the fourth floor is worth it for the view but there is a lot of climbing up the hill before. And the municipality of Aiacciu has withdrawn the local 2bis bus route and replaced it with a more expensive tourist bus number 5 from DeGaulle square. We bought a carnet of bus tickets only to be told by the driver that the city buses no longer go there! Not the owner's fault but it means either paying the higher fare or a 50 minute walk each way to and from the city. The Spar (nearest supermarket) is a little far and pricey...easier if you take the small path above the cemetery instead of going by the main road. Also, just beware there is no internet. In short, if you are happy with a lot of walking and don't require internet, this is as good a deal as you'll find anywhere. Spectacular views.

L'appartement est agréable mais quelques aménagements supplementaires pourraient en faire un hébergement charmant : un look un peu plus moderne, une cuisine mieux équipée... On s'habitue aux quatres etages sans ascenseur, en contre partie la vue est superbe. Les transports en communs sont a proximite mais restent parfois aléatoires surtout le soir en dehors des mois de juillet et août. Il faut aimer marcher ou avoir une voiture. Le supermarche est a 400 metres. Très cher il a cependant l'avantage d'etre là. L'hébergement est un lieu calme et agréable pour se poser et visiter les alentours. L'hôte est attentif au bien-être du visiteur et sait prodiguer conseils et bons plans pour profiter pleinement du sejour. Semaine parfaite !

Appartement très bien localisé avec une vue incroyable depuis le balcon assurant des très beaux moments. Le propriétaire est disponible et à l’écoute ! Séjour réalisé sans voiture, cela est possible mais il est à noter que si vous souhaitez vous rendre à Ajaccio (port par exemple) le matin des 8h il vous faudra marcher 1h car pas de bus si matinaux. Grand merci pour ce séjour.

Traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon wie erhofft so bekommen

Alles super vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man darf allerdings keine Probleme mit herbem Pfeifentabaksgeruch vom rechten Nachbarn haben. War der einzige Makel, aber da kann unser Vermieter ja nichts dafür. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Ns avons passé une semaine magnifique et bien profité de cette terrasse avec une vue splendide. Très facile de se déplacer en utilisant les bus. Dommage que certains voisins ns ont empêché de dormir ils étaient très bruyants. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et donne des renseignements sur ce qu'il y a à faire en Corse. Attention toutefois, il y a 4 étages à monter et pas d'ascenseur

Juste parfait

Le propriétaire est très carré et nous a communiqué toutes les informations pour le séjour ainsi que pour ce qu'il faut voir et visiter jusqu'au restaurant ou le stand dans le marché d'Ajaccio où vous trouverez de la charcuterie Corse avec des cochons élevés en Corse. Plus de quatre pages de riches conseils... C'est plus que parfait en plus qu'il se soucie si votre séjour se déroule bien. L'appartement a été repeint et possède tout ce dont on a besoin en vacances. Le volume des pièces est très agréable, et la vue est exceptionnelle, la mer à perte de vue de l'Est à l'Ouest on en prend plein les yeux c'est la détente assurée. Merci

Dix jours en Corse en arriere saison avec le beau temps. Petit dejeuner terrasse,Les balades la journee et le soir la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Petit bémol appartement au 4eme etage donc déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité reduite. .beaux souvenirs.
