 Domain that can accommodate up to 16 people composed:

* 2 bathrooms (baths, 2 showers 3 sinks and 2WC)

An annex house composed of:
 * 4 bedrooms with 4 adjoining bathrooms
 * 1 living room, dining room and fitted kitchen
 * 1 convertible lounge for two people

 large outdoor swimming pool terrace and indoor Jacuzzi and hamman room heated all year round

The 2 houses are equipped with television, air conditioning, heating in all rooms and WIFI

Amazing Place for Holidays with big groups

We are extremely happy that we chose this villa and especially enjoyed the hot pool (30°C) and jacuzzi (36°C), even in min october! A few things needed to be repaired, but our housekeeper Johnny was always there to help. Thank you for the nice time!

Hebben een heel aangename vakantie gehad, de villa was voorzien van alle benodigdheden van bestek, tot glazen, enz.....kwamen zeker niets tekort Het zwembad was een voordeel vooral voor de kinderen. Magnifique villa bord de mer

Nous étions 7 couples d’amis. Cette villa est superbe et très confortable. Chacun avait son espace privé. L’équipement est optimal, tant pour la vie pratique que pour les amusements… L’accueil est chaleureux et réactif, merci à Sandra et Johnny. Merci également à Valérie qui a pris le temps de répondre à nos interrogations. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Superbe séjour familial

Nous étions 11 personnes, mon mari et moi ainsi que nos 5 enfants et 4 belles filles.. très agréable séjour dans cette maison qui laissait de l espace libre pour chacun, des espaces communs très spacieux et un espace extérieur très agréable. Je recommande cette maison ainsi que sa situation géographique qui permet de tout faire à pieds (Restaurant, plage, courses...)

Fantásticas vacaciones

La casa es una maravilla para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones, bien equipada, la piscina permite refrescarte en cualquier momento, muy cómoda para las 16 personas que nos alojamos, las mesas exteriores e interiores permiten comer todos juntos y a la vez. Magnifique expérience ressentie par l'ensemble de la famille (14) durant cette semaine. La villa est parfaitement équipée et ultra propre à notre arrivée, l'accueil et le suivi par les personnes sur places sont exemplaires, la communication et la réactivité des propriétaires tout autant. Très spacieux à 15 adultes Tout est confortable et bien équipé. La piscine avec le jacuzzi au top ! Dommage le spa n’a pas fonctionné comme prévu. Hammam finalement pas utilisé par cette chaleur Personnel d’accueil au top. À l’ecoute et réactif. Merci pour cette belle semaine !

Vacances inoubliables

Villa exceptionnelle pour une grande famille, nous étions 12 adultes et 2 enfants, les 3 unités de la villa et le nombre suffisant de salles de bains permettent à chacun d’avoir son espace personnel. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et sa grande table ainsi que la piscine et le jacuzzi extérieur. Le terrain de pétanque permet de se détendre en fin de journée il y a des boules (en quantité suffisante) et un Molky à disposition. La cuisine de la maison principale est fonctionnelle (peut être prévoir de renouveler quelques ustensiles comme les poêles et les marmites). La situation de la villa est également un atout car on peut tout faire à pied. Il y a également des vélos à disposition. Merci à Johnny pour son accueil et sa réactivité ainsi qu’à Valérie, notre hôte, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité . Si nous devons revenir à Empuriabrava, c’est cette villa que nous choisirons. Sylvie

Excellente semaine entre amis

Excellent séjour d'une semaine en mai même si le beau temps n’était pas au RDV (beaucoup de vent). Très bon accueil. Maison parfaite et confortable pour un grand groupe avec enfants (8 adultes et 7 enfants). La maison est très bien équipées et proche de toutes les commodités.

Die Villa war sehr abgenutzt,Geschirr verdreckt,Sieb vom Geschirrspüler verstopft, verschimmelter Kaffeefilter.Bäder feucht und rochen aus dem Kanal.Grundreinigung wäre nötig.Mobiliar ungepflegt und fleckig.(Couch/Bettdecken/Matratzen)Fazit:war das Geld nicht wert. Agentur hat es nicht interessiert, kein Entgegenkommen!Nach dem Urlaub keine Reaktion mehr, auf Email nicht geantwortet.

Bonjour Madame JUTTA, A votre arrivée , vous nous avez effectivement fait constater un problème au niveau du lave vaisselle et de la cafetière, et cela a été corrigé dès que nous en avons pris connaissance par notre concierge sur place et cela sans délai. A la fin de votre séjour, vous nous avez fait parvenir un mail pour nous demander de vous faire un avoir d’un minium de 300 € et que si tel n’était pas le cas , vous posterez un avis très défavorable sur notre villa. Enclins à vous effectuer un effort commercial , comme nous vous l’annoncions à votre arrivée, nous avons irrémédiablement changer d’avis face à votre chantage au bon AVIS . En effet, vous nous avez clairement écrit, et nous avons conservé la copie de ce mail , que si nous ne vous remboursions pas au minimum 300 € vous posterez un très mauvais avis sur notre VILLA . Nous constatons donc que c’est ce que vous avez fait . La moyenne des avis sur notre Villa après votre 2** est de 4.2 et je ense que nos futurs locataires seront très surpris de votre commentaire qui présente notre villa comme très usée avec des salles de bains qui sentent les égouts !!! Comme nous l’avons bien noté , vous ne reviendrez pas passer vos vacances chez nous mais sachez que de notre coté , nous n’accepterons plus vos demandes de location. Bien cordialement

The villa was fine but Empuria Brava wasn’t for us

The property was fine. The owner and care taker johny were very helpful but the town wasn’t for us unfortunately. If you’re driving there with electric vehicles then you may face problems with charging.
