Amazing Apartment

The apartment was amazingly well equipped. The layout and location brilliant. The one downside was the lack of view. It boasts great views of mont blanc, but there was a snow drift in front of it! We were out for much of the day but still, we were looking forward for the view. Lovely, clean and spacious apartment.....

The team are very helpful and communicative and tried their best to accommodate us. The location is good but not the easiest to ski in and out although possible. The property is comfortable and has most things you need but not a one bedroom as described but a studio with a triple bunk bed and a sofa bed. Cleaning, towels and sheets are not included and not clear when booked, this should be clear when booked. No Wi-Fi in the property and mobile signal is very temperamental.

Gutes Appartment zum Skifahren.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in Arc 2000. Leider gibt es keinen Skikeller. Sodass am Abend das komplette Skizeug in der kleinen Wohnung landet. Dort gibt es leider keine vernüftige Möglichkeit Skischuhe, Handschuhe oder Skianzug zu trocknen. Es gibt dort keinen Heizkörper oder Ähnliches.Appartment ist bis auf die Trocknenmöglichkeit sehr gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Fotos entsprechen der Wohnung. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, mais...

A ce tarif là c'est une excellente affaire... Mais qui convient mieux à des jeunes de 20 ans qui pratiquent le hors piste sans difficulté qu'à des quadras qui préfèrent rester sur la piste. En effet pour aller du parking à l'appartement il faut monter l'équivalent de 3 ou 4 étages à pieds. Idem pour rejoindre le premier tire-fesse ou revenir à l'appartement à la fin de la journée (même si apparemment il existe un passage entre les arbres pour rejoindre l'entrée de l'immeuble -- qu'aucune des personnes que nous avons croisées dans les ascenseurs n'ont trouvé). A noter que les skis et chaussures sont stockés dans l'appartement donc il faut aussi les porter dans les couloirs avec plusieurs portes qu'on ne peut pas simplement pousser d'un coup d'épaule car elles ne s'ouvrent que dans un sens, ce qui devient épique lorsque la lumière s'éteint car les interrupteurs des couloirs sont introuvables sans la lumière d'un téléphone portable, etc. Bref, une très bonne affaire pour des jeunes, mais pas forcément pour des personnes qui n'ont pas (plus) une forme olympique :) En tous cas l'accueil est parfait, et l'appartement très fonctionnel, même si la terrasse était inaccessible (ensevelie sous plus de 2m de neige accumulée).

Appartement très bien situé à Arc 2000, tire fesse à 2 min à pied. Appartement très bien pour 4 personnes, très bien équipé. L’accueil à la Conciergerie est très sympathique et très aimable.

appartement sans chauffage

Quelle n'a pas été notre surprise de constater à notre installation dans les lieux, que le chauffage individuel ne marchait pas plus de 5mns ! Par -17°C le soir de notre arrivée, nous avons tout simplement passé une nuit horrible, à dormir avec 3 polaires sur nous. "L'appartement est chauffé par le chauffage central" d'après les dires de la conciergerie. Pas de chance, aucun tuyau ne passe par l'appartement. La solution proposée : un autre chauffage d'appoint, tout en nous disant que d'autres locataires avaient fait leurs entrées dans d'autres appartements et qu'il faisait 14°C, comme si c'était quelque chose de normal. Nous ne sommes pas restés une nuit de plus. C'est une honte de louer cet appartement à des vacanciers en plein hiver.

petite mise au point avec vous vous êtes la première locataires à faire cette désobligeantes remarque.j ai eu pendant une longue période des locataires qui sont partis mi novembre et ne se sont plains d aucun problème de chauffage moi même j était dans l appartement le week-end de votre séjour et aucun soucis l immeuble et chauffé à 18 degrés par un système au sol tout au long de l hiver et chaque appartement à un chauffage d appoint il suffit juste de savoir le mettre en route je tiens aussi à vous faire remarquer que vous n avez jamais répondu à mes appel pour trouver une éventuelle solution à un problème qui n existe pas et êtes parti en laissant l appartement à moitié nettoyé (toilettes deguelasse) …..

The flat was well equipped but we were very disappointed that the view of mint blanc was largely obscured by a large mound of snow. The owner kindly moved us to flat 1071, which was adjacent and also very well equipped. We were very happy with this apartment
