Location for this unit is perfect, easy to load and unload. Travelled with my elderly mom with a wheelchair and this unit was a big convenience and helped a lot to get her in and out of the car easily as well as easy walks to the strand.

Outstanding listing that matched the listing with only one exception. There is no AC available in the unit. Not saying it was a bad thing for that part of the country, but after a few long days in the sun, it would have been better sleeping conditions in a much cooler room.

This unit is located on a busy street. There are people, vehicles, garbage trucks, construction noise. There also are footsteps overhead because of poor insulation. If this doesn’t bother you, it’s ok. If it does bother you, look for another unit that is within the complex sheltered from the street. Also the view is of the street. I thought it was very overpriced for what you got.

My husband and I wanted to relax by the beach for our vacation in Oceanside and Jim‘s place was a perfect place to just that. . Restaurants all around and the unit was clean and inviting. Jim was an amazing host and checked on us after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. We plan to return next summer!

If you are doing the Oceanside 70.3 race, this place is a great location. Easy walk to both the swim start and the finish line/expo area.

First trip to CA

This was our first trip to CA. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for everything from access to the beach to sight seeing options. The weather was perfect as well. Highly recommend and will certainly consider staying here again in our next visit.

We've been staying at North Coast village annually, sometimes twice a year, since 2017. This is by far the nicest condo that we have stayed in. Well stocked, very clean, nice linens on bed, no musty smell like some of the units. So close to beach and so easy to get to you beach. It's also nice that you can unload on the street and bring things in via the back patio rather than lugging it around the building. Highly recommend!!
