Villa ideally located 10 minutes from Vaison-la-romaine and Buis-les-Baronnies, on the heights of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze with landscaped garden, private pool and exceptional views of Mont Ventoux. Located in a quiet residential area, the land surrounded by lush greenery is fully fenced. Perfect environment for lovers of climbing, cycling, hiking and nature sports.
Spacious house for 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen, dining room and living room are fully equipped: dishwasher, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, TV, wifi connection, washing machine. Possibility to add on request a cot and a baby chair.
Beautiful garden with trees and shaded, terraces with petanque and barbecue. The pool has a security alarm. For your comfort, deckchairs and parasol are made available. Parking is large, shaded or covered.
Access to the village can be done on foot in 15min or by car in 2min. There are many shops: bakery, bar, grocery, butcher, hairdresser, restaurant ...
The villa is attached to a studio, completely independent, rented to a very discreet elderly person.
The linen is included in the price: bath towels, sheets and kitchen towels.
Cleaning is also included in the rental.

Très bonne location
Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour chez Rosine. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle et la partie extérieure est magnifique, ainsi que la vue sur le Mont Ventoux. Petit plus : la propriété est entièrement clôturée, ce qui était parfait pour nous qui voyagions avec notre chien. Pour les familles avec bébés, le lave-linge était très pratique. Nous avons eu peur d’avoir trop chaud mais les propriétaires nous ont fourni des ventilateurs. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres des deux petites chambres sont également très appréciables. Il y a beaucoup de magnifiques villages à découvrir aux alentours et de belles balades à faire. Malheureusement, quand nous y étions, l’accès aux massifs forestiers du Vaucluse (y compris le Mont Ventoux) était interdit à cause du risque élevé d’incendies.

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Mollans. La maison est spacieuse, impeccable et très bien équipée. Vue imprenable sur le Ventoux. Piscine très propre avec transats confortables à l'ombre ou au soleil, au choix. Propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers. A recommander!
