Apartment 58 m2, new, well decorated and well equipped located in a secure residence in the middle of a garden; private parking - children's playground - but also: ping-pong - petanque ground - large swimming pool - The beaches and coves are in 5 minutes, on foot. The residence is located near a typical harbor located 20 minutes walk by the coastal path. . The apartment is on the 2nd floor; it includes a living / dining room (TV all channels) an open kitchen (LVL-LVV-combined oven, coffee maker, toaster); 2 bedrooms (1 large bed -2small beds) with in each, a lot of storage; a bathroom / WC with Italian shower, a terrace with a table and 4 chairs in teak. Sheets are provided. (but not towels or tea towels.) Impeccable cleanliness. Idyllic location by the sea with walkway and many walks nearby as the botanical garden of Cape Roig. The terrace is facing the sea, protected from the sun by an awning. Multiple hikes are possible. There are many picturesque sites in the area: Pals, La Bisbal, the castle of Pubol, Tamariu, Llafranc, Begur ..... And the rest of course is the rendezvous with swimming and relaxation. ...
