The Casale Refoli property offers only 5 independent apartments with kitchen and private covered patio.
Casale Refoli is located in the open countryside at the center of a marked path in the Berignone Nature Reserve area. The property is 5 km in total from the village of Casole d'Elsa with restaurants, shops and all the most important services.
Casale Refoli is accessed via an unpaved country road (2.5 km) suitable for cars that are quite high on the ground.

MELOGRANO is a comfortable and rational apartment. Its peculiarity is that it has a beautiful double bedroom with private bathroom. A second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a large double bed. A second bathroom with a very spacious shower. Ideal for a family of 4 or two couples.
The two bathrooms allow comfortable and functional use of the apartment. Living room with equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher). Laundry room and storage room. Melograno boasts the most spacious and comfortable covered patio.

Free WIFI inside and outside.
Air Conditioning* on request according to consumption. Average extra consumption is generally low. Even in the July-August period, the average additional consumption of air conditioning, used correctly, can vary from €1 to €5 per day.
Thanks to the thick walls of our house, most guests consume less than the energy included in the rent.

Non-smoking apartment. Animals are not accepted.

Apartment surface area 68.50 m2.
1 double bedroom with private bathroom. 1 bedroom with two single beds (or a double on request). Bed sizes: double 200x170 cm, single 200x90 cm.
Living room with kitchen with travertine marble shelves and equipped with everything you need (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher).
The floors are handmade "cotto", traditional ceilings with oak beams.
1st bathroom with shower with double sink. 2nd bathroom with shower.
Laundry and storage room. Reserved covered patio of 30 m2. paved in terracotta with furniture for outdoor dining.

Casale Refoli does not provide breakfast or meals. All apartments have an equipped kitchen.

The swimming pool measures 16 x 6.2 m. 110 cm deep. at 220 cm. it is open from 21 May to 7 October. Each apartment has a special shaded gazebo reserved by the pool.

The security deposit will be returned by the owner at the end of the holiday, after the final apartment inspection.

_ Tourist tax of the Municipality of Casole d'Elsa of EUR 1.00 per person for a MAXIMUM of 5 NIGHTS, children under 12 years old do not pay

_ Electricity and Air Conditioning*
The standard electricity consumption included in the apartment rent is 4 / KWh per day.
Beyond this consumption the cost is EURO 1/kWh to be paid in cash at the end of the holiday.

_ Seasonal LPG heating according to consumption: Euro 4.00/m3 to be paid in cash. Example average daily consumption approximately €5-9 PER DAY.

Casale Refoli is an ancient Tuscan farm traceable in the papers (dated 1824) of the "Catasto Leopoldino", with the name of Podere Cetinaglia.
Casale Refoli is located in the municipality of Casole d´Elsa in the province of Siena. Casole d´Elsa, of ancient Etruscan origin, is an important historical center of the Val d'Elsa awarded the "Orange Flag", the environmental tourism quality mark that the Italian Touring Club attributes to inland locations for the development of quality tourism.
The Casale Refoli property has been completely restored, maintaining the shape, volumes and part of the original structures unaltered (see photo of the ruins of Cetinaglia) and transformed into a welcoming and comfortable country residence. Since 2007 it has begun to offer hospitality and welcome to lovers of Tuscany, its countryside and its art treasures.
