Loved the condo! PROS: Very spacious. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Close to elevator. GREAT view! CONS: only 2 elevators for 18 floors of rooms. Sometimes the wait was VERY long -- 20-25 minutes, in the heat. Also, luggage carriers were small in size and very few in number. Hard to find one.

Please note - your review is not of the Resort but of the individual condo itself. It is common sense that elevator waits during the summer at the beach will be longer than usual. We wish it were possible to make it quicker but unfortunately, we don't have any control over that. We recommend renting a private home without an elevator next time. Sadly, long elevator waits in the summer will be every condo building anywhere.

My beach Vacation 2019

It was so easy to rent and when we got to our room, it felt like walking into a picture. It was very clean, and the room was set up with everything we needed. It was a truly magnificent experience all week long!

Winter warmup

The room was very clean and looks just like the pics! The view of the beach from the balcony was perfect. Master bed was comfortable which was surprising since most condo beds are usually hard and old. Condo manager was very quick to respond to messages and was easy to book with. Would definitely book this room again!

Wonderful location and view amazing

Overall property was very nice. The view and location was great. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee on the balcony was perfect. Clean and felt safe. Covered parking area. Pool and hot tub looked nice but too cold to use. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy, Pier Park Area has a bit of everything, and driving down the 30A is a must.

Perfect place for my family

We absolutely loved this condo and hoping to get this same one again in the future. It had everything we needed. The height of the balcony was perfect, the parking was easy with a short walk to the elevator, pool and beach right around the building and most importantly, we felt very safe on the property and all of the other guests were respectful. We will definitely go during the summer next time so we know it’ll be warmer outside.

Sisters week

We were all satisfied with our stay with one exception...the elevators were not working most of the time. When reported to the front desk the response was "its just the wind". Very odd.

Wonderful Stay!

It's Winter, but I desperately needed a change of scenery, so we packed up and rented this beautiful property. We spent 11 days here, including Christmas and New Year's Eve. Due to trying to avoid Covid, we couldn't really go anywhere else, so we utilized the grills and prepared most of our meals we had during the stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner is very accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with. The location is first class and looks exactly like the pictures. I highly recommend this condo!

Nice getaway

Myself and my 3 sisters just needed a getaway for my birthday. It was just as described. Just a few very minor details but I wasnt looking for the Ritz. Lol. Cozy clean bright and quick access to the beach and shopping strip. Definitely contactless and when I had a question they were very responsive. . I will definitely return.
