Like us, live precious family moments in our beloved holiday home.

We have many memories of holidays, it's up to you to enjoy the Presquile. Our 90m2 house offers you an open living room with living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 under roof for adventurers (we do not count it as a bedroom but only real good nights in this cozy space).

It can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults.

The 600m2 garden includes a covered courtyard furnished in summer with a large table with chairs and sofas for enjoying good breakfasts at all times.

The fitted kitchen is equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, 1-door refrigerator with its freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

Marie de Ty’Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you on the premises and can make your stay easier, do not hesitate to contact her.
She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)

Arrival: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. // Departure: between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

CONDITIONS

Bed linen and towels are not provided - if necessary contact Marie

A deposit of € 500 will be requested on your arrival, it will not be cashed and will be returned to you on the day of your departure if no damage is noted.

Option or Cleaning deposit (80 €) to be specified. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace with an ashtray.

Animals are not allowed.
