About this property

Auzon lodging 4 people in southern Ardèche

Rental of a gîte for 4 people of approx. 60 m2 (duplex) with two bedrooms, a living room with lounge (TV) and fully equipped kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher and dishes) and a bathroom with shower and separate WC in a quiet environment.
Each gîte has its own terrace.
At the foot of the Païolive wood, close to the Chassezac gorges (10 minutes on foot) and the Ardèche gorges. Many sporting, cultural and craft activities nearby (Canoeing, walking, climbing, canyoning, Chauvet cave, Aven d'Orgnac). You can also visit many picturesque villages in the valley or in the mountains (Balazuc, La Beaume , La Thînes, etc.)
At the heart of the southern Ardéchois vineyard, come and taste the local rosé, Viognier and Chatus (typical Ardéchois grape variety) to name a few.
Heated and outdoor swimming pool allowing children to play.
The lodgings are all equipped with heating for spring or autumn.
We provide you with sheets and toiletries (bath towel, shower mat and hand towel).

Gîte en Ardèche du sud

Super gîte qui inclus tout ce qu'il faut, au calme mais néanmoins proche de très beaux endroits tous assez différents (bois, falaises, rochers, garrigue, vignes...) et de diverses activités (escalade, kayak, VTT, rando...). Piscine chauffée et heureusement car la météo n'était pas toujours clémente. Accueil et échanges avec les propriétaires parfaits.Gîte 100% prêt lors de notre arrivée.Parking aisé.Que vouloir de plus?

Si c'était à faire, on le referait !

Idéalement située, la Bastide des Borels est à 5 minutes des gorges du Chassezac et à proximité (en voiture) des grottes (Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac), et du bois de Paiolive. Dans le coin, plusieurs opportunités d'activités, telles que descentes de canoë, randos, marchés locaux, visites de grottes, baignade en rivière... L'accueil de Jo est très chaleureux et très serviable, la literie top, l'état des lieux tout est neuf. Elle propose même de vous livrer du pain frais et des viennoiseries tous les matins selon vos envies. La piscine sécurisée dispose d'une vue imprenable sur les vignes. Le Bastide regroupe 6 gites, se partageant la piscine, mais reste très calme et familiale. Si c'était à refaire, nous reviendrions avec plaisir !
