The property:

Spacious house surrounded by a large garden of peace, silence and serenity. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay just a few minutes walk from the sea.

Apartment forming part of a complex of four completely independent houses.
The A Campanella house consists of: two large double bedrooms located on the upper floor, reachable by a wooden staircase, a very spacious kitchen / living room with a brand new double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

- Outdoor patio with built-in barbecue;
- Free parking inside the property, reserved exclusively for our guests.

Guest Access:

The A Campanella house has a large private outdoor area, with a large veranda, partly covered, exceptional for enjoying breakfast or relaxing on sunny afternoons in total relaxation.

The district:

10/13 minutes walk from the fantastic sandy beaches of the south of the island (Geniò, Lucchese, Conca, etc.)

A 10 minute walk from the ARST Bus 825 which takes you to the village and the beaches.

Restaurants at 800 meters (La Conca, La Mezzaluna, etc.)

Absolutely recommended:

- Aperitif on the "Caletta" beach, with sunset tasting;
- Island tour, to see the wonderful hidden coves and caves;
-The Mezzaluna fort (800 m as the crow flies): a marvelous cliff overlooking the sunset, where the Omnitel advertising spot with Megan Gale was shot;
-The clay caves on the "Geniò" beach
- Le Colonne, historical symbol of the island;
- Go up the coast to the east, all the sandy beaches: Bobba, Guidi, Punta Nera, Girin and Giunco.
- Walk along the Saline, passable for a while on the salt road;
- The historic center, with the city walls and the waterfront, a meeting place and cultural exchange;
- In the north of the island, the historic tonnara plant (which can be visited with a guide) and the rocky Punta beach.
