Très jolie maison avec une grande terrasse sur la mer
Palm House est une maison individuelle dans un beau jardin dominant la mer. La décoration intérieure est très jolie et, la grande terrasse permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur.Accueil sympathique de Valentyna, ce qui change agréablement des boîtes à clé.
La casa é confortevole e ben attrezzata, sia per il riposo, che per il soggiorno, con spazi ben divisi e ogni confort. In mezzo al verde, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia e a 1 km dal porto di Carloforte, dove si trova ogni comfort a portata di passeggiata.
La parte esterna è particolarmente ben costruita: il soggiorno apre su una veranda protetta da vetri scorrevoli. Di solito, spirano brezze piacevoli e rinfrescanti. Davanti alla veranda si estende un’ampia terrazza-solarium attrezzata con comodi lettini e un dondolo, contornata dal giardino con cespugli e piante che crescono anche nel clima asciutto, mai soffocante. Ben nascosti dalla vegetazione, un ampio barbecue in muratura e due docce con acqua calda e fredda. Sul retro, un posteggio auto in ombra.
Dalla casa e dalla terrazza, oltre i limiti della proprietà, il terreno scende verso il mare, a un centinaio di metri, con l’impareggiabile vista del canale tra l’Isola di S. Pietro e la costa occidentale della Sardegna in cui spiccano l’isola Piana e l’isola di S. Antioco, con vista di Calasetta. Un panorama mozzafiato che accompagna la vacanza di giorno e di sera.
