Clean two bedroom apartment

Initial impression was uncomfortable due to some graffiti on the street and lack of residence in the building. However after settling in we were comfortable. Info on unit (eg. Garbage) and area would be good.

perfect apartment close to the beach and towncenter

Apartment was exactly as described. The big terrace with sea view is great for spending time after the beach having a sundowner and watching the sun set. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beds are of good quality. And in case something is not working, Marietta and her team are most helpful to solve the problem as quick as possible. I am sure we will come back!

So nearly wonderful

Let's start with the positives. The apartment and terrace are lovely, location good, parking useful and pool wonderful. But arrival didn't go well. With no instructions 2 days before flying, I'd sent Marietta details of arrival at 19.30. She was pleasingly communicative and said someone would be waiting. Since the location was on VRBO and no more messages came, I assumed that was it. But on arrival, sweltering, exhausted, there was no-one there - and no more messages. Later Marietta proved she'd asked me for warning, but phones take a while to re-set after flying, and it hadn't come on time. We had to wait outside for 40 minutes in intense heat, and then there was no water in the fridge, no shop nearby and we were told shouldn't drink from the tap. The main problem was the flat's temperature. The living room fan didn't work on arrival, a bedroom's fan clicked loudly on each revolution and the one floor-standing cooling unit had no water in it, so was ineffective (being Brits, we didn't know how to add it). It was stifling and while the owner, wasn't reponsible for the heat, it was certainly her responsibility to make sure all devices were checked before we arrived. Even when they were fixed 24 hours later, fans were ineffective. We couldn't sleep for three nights. It was awful, so we can't recommend this flat in hot weather. Marietta is nice but refused any compensation, saying it wasn't her fault it was so hot, or her late message wasn't received. Sadly, we disagree.

Die Wohnung insgesamt gut gelegen, gut geschnitten und schöner Blick über Pinien aufs Meer. Leider war die Ausstattung der Küche nicht optimal. Kühlschrank völlig vereist, Korkenzieher defekt, dekter Schalter Abzugshaube, Regal in Schräglage, KEIN Geschirrtuch! Das man als Mieter Tabs für den. Geschirrspüler kauft ist klar. Aber das weder Salz noch Klarspüler in der Maschine waren und wir auch das kaufen mussten...Das Foto von der Terrasse zeigt noch 2 Liegen. Wir hatten leider nur eine.Die Leinen auf der Terrasse eignen sich leider auch nicht zum Aufhängen, da defekt. Im schönen Bad sind Handtuchhalter und Papierrollenhalter defekt. Aber das tat unserem 4 Wochenaufenthalt insgesamt keinen Abbruch. Der Pool war auch sehr angenehm.Wir haben die Zeit dennoch genossen

Sehr schönes Apartment in Conil

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht, absolutes Plus: die wunderbare Terrasse, der Pool, die Tiefgarage. Exzellente Lage, zur Stadt und zu den Stränden kommt man gut zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit Marietta war gut und Check-in problemlos. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
