Prominence on 30A is the hottest new place to spend a family beach vacation! 30A's newest beach town development is already the rage along 30A, located right between popular Seaside and Rosemary Beach and directly across the street from The Hub!

This new beach home is well suited for families of all sizes, complete with everything you need. This home has WiFi, TVs in every room, games, beach toys, bikes and a 2020 custom golf cart included during your stay ($500 fully refundable deposit, must sign liability waiver and be 25 or older to operate).

Smart TV's in every room—with apps for network channels, Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Great home to stay in with our kids (ages 7, 4, 2). Good location for family and golf cart was really convenient for getting around and getting to the beach. Property owner communicated very well, responded quickly, and helpful for any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is super well stocked. We had everything we needed for a great summer vacation with our kiddos! The golf cart is brand new and is awesome. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The guidebook provided by the host is awesome and has tons of information and recommendations on things to do as well as beach access and restaurants in the area. The guidebook made everything very easy and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Thanks for a great vacay!

Thanksgiving

The property was perfect for Thanksgiving. The golf cart was the highlight for sure. It even had everything we needed to cook a full traditional Thanksgiving meal.

Great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The entire property was perfect from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The weather wasn’t great so we so enjoyed the games available. The golf cart was a huge hit with the kids and the community pool is fantastic! Jason was excellent to answer any question we had and was available any time! We couldn’t have asked for better hosts!

Amazing/Relaxing week!!!!!

We had an exceptional time at this location. The property was clean and the host was very responsive. My son thoroughly enjoyed the large bunk beds and having his own television. The golf cart was a huge hit and definite head turner (especially at night). Every need was met, from the kitchen supplies to beach supplies. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing for a relaxing time, with all amenities met. We will definitely be back!!! Mike K

Absolutely Perfect

This property and its owners are simply amazing. The home is so beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. All the rooms seemed larger than they did on-line. All of the furniture was very comfortable, and the master shower was unbelievable. I am one of those people who likes very hot water and a great deal of water pressure, and the shower was all that and more. The neighborhood was very nice and all of the people that we met were very nice. The included golf cart may seem like a luxury, but it makes getting around on 30A so much easier and extremely fun! The location could not have been more perfect for us. It is nearest to Rosemary Beach but not so close that you are constantly trapped by traffic. The entertainment complex across the street is in walking distance, but we always used the golf cart, and has great food and plenty of entertainment for the whole family. If you are on the fence about this property I highly recommend that you book it…you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect for young families

We loved our stay at Jason’s property. He was great with communication and his guidebook was perfect for referring back to check in/out and everything in between. We traveled with 3 young children and the house had everything we needed for them from plates and utensils to a stool so they could reach the sink to wash their hands. The pack-n-play in the master bedroom closet made for the perfect “suite” for our one year old. Golf cart is also perfect for trips to beach, pool or the Hub.
