Beautiful and completely detached villa, situated in an exclusive development within 25m from the beach. Urbanization with. The villa has 5 bedrooms (1 Double, 2 doubles and 2 singles -8), 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, laundry room, terraces at different heights, swimming pool with filter and Roman steps. It also has a small garden bordering the property. Muy buena calidad precio. El chalet es muy amplio y está en muy buenas condiciones. La ubicación es excelente. El casero es muy cercano y amable. Se lo recomendaría a todo el mundo.

Fantastic swimming pool

We stay most of ours days in swimming pool but the beach is also nice and from a walking distance. The house is not far from València so we visited the city and the Albufeira Natura park
