Spacious chalet in amazing location

The chalet is very well located on the edge of Vallorcine, with easy access to the ski lift, railway station and many walking and cycling trails. There are stunning views of Mont Blanc from the house and its spacious balconies. The chalet is simply furnished but clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need (you have to bring your own bed linen). We had a great week and hope to return.

Grand logement très bien situé avec bcp de potentiel ! Il mériterait une petite remise au goût du jour ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique et plein de bons conseils sur les randonnées du coin ! Le rapport Qualité /prix est très bon !

Chalet authentique mais dans son jus

Nous sommes arrivés en autonomie, sans personne pour nous accueillir. À notre arrivée, les volets étaient fermés et le chauffage n’avait été allumé que deux heures avant, laissant la température du logement à seulement 15 degrés.Côté propreté, le ménage était assez superficiel : poussière, toiles d’araignée, siphons de la douche et de la baignoire presque bouchés, avec en prime des odeurs d’égouts au rez-de-chaussée.En termes d’équipement, tout est là… ou presque, à condition de bien chercher. Concernant la literie, certains matelas mériteraient d’être remplacés, tout comme les couettes et les oreillers.Cela dit, le chalet bénéficie d’un cadre exceptionnel, niché au cœur des montagnes, offrant un environnement à la fois paisible et ressourçant.Quant au propriétaire, il ne semble pas très soucieux du confort de ses hôtes (j’attends toujours son appel pour les instructions de sortie).Ce chalet a pourtant un beau potentiel ! Avec quelques investissements et améliorations, il pourrait devenir un véritable havre de paix.

Oui, c’est un chalet où l’on doit être autonome (il est grand, et trouver le matériel peut donc prendre du temps). La literie est en cours de renouvellement (deux lits on été changés l'été dernier). Comme il n'y a pas de personnel local pour faire le ménage. On compte sur la culture de propreté des utilisateurs. Les clients reviennent certains depuis 40 ans pour profiter du confort de ce chalet.

Het is een mooi groot huis, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. In de omgeving is veel te doen de eigenaar is er goed bekend en heeft veel nuttige tips gegeven. Het huis is rustig gelegen. Helaas was er wel de hele week een storing van het internet.

Très jolie découverte

Nous avons vécu un superbe séjour dans ce chalet au bout du monde, dans un cadre champêtre et très calme. Le chalet s’est révélé très fonctionnel et le propriétaire disponible. La fenêtre pile sur le mont Blanc, les balades et les remontées à proximité nous ont séduit. Les enfants, les seniors et les adultes ont beaucoup aimé vallorcine, son côté authentique et très montagne. On reviendra !

Bon séjour en famille

Le + : logement agréable, avec de nombreuses chambres permettant couchage et intimité de chacun. Une belle pièce commune avec grande table. Vue sur le Mont-Blanc lorsque le temps est dégagé. Le - : le sol et les salles d'eau étaient sales a l'arrivée. Le frigo également. Nous avons dû faire le ménage en arrivant. En cas de pluie et rafales de vent, les chambres du haut sont plus exposées au bruit.

parfait pour des vacances à la montagne authentique

Dominique est très disponible pour faciliter notre séjour. Chalet parfaitement en ligne avec nos attentes et la description. Vallorcine est un lieu parfait pour des vacances à la montagne authentique en famille tout en restant proche des commodités (stations Poya, Le Tour, Cham..)

Parfait

Chalet remarquablement bien situé, très bien équipé, très calme et surtout permettant de faire de longues marches sans prendre la voiture : La Loriaz, le col de la Terrasse, le refuge Albert 1er, etc... Notre reconnaissance se porte surtout sur notre propriétaire particulièrement bienveillant, discret et disponible.

Beau chalet ensoleillé et spacieux

Un beau chalet traditionnel, ensoleillé très spacieux , bien situé dans une vallée préservée, très calme avec deux grands balcons et vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc ! + un jardin ou les enfants peuvent jouer , un chalet où se sent bien, idéal pour des vacances en famille à la montagne, été comme hiver.
