Welcome to a charming place. Behind you the Nebrodi Park, the largest protected area of Sicily. In front of you one of the most beautiful views of the Mediterranean:the breathtaking view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands. The apartments are in a relaxing place, just 5 minutes from Capo d'Orlando centre. This town (pop: 13,000) is the perfect place to spend your holidays and visit Sicily. From here, in a short time, you can reach the most important tourist destinations.

It has the typical design of Aeolian Island houses where you can enjoy the unique landscape offered by the Mediterranean and the Aeolian Islands.

All around is calm, far from noise, entirely fenced, and you can also enjoy a large garden where you can spend your summer nights under the stars and where you can use the barbecue to cook some fresh fish.

The real centrepiece is the wonderful panoramic terrace-solarium that will make you love this place.

we had a lovely time. Car definitely needed. Mauro was very helpful from the moment we arrived, and continued to be there for us during our stay. The Apartment is really lovely.

Capitati per caso sul sito del residence "Magico Scafa ", dopo una splendida vacanza di 15 gg lo abbiamo eletto a luogo di vacanza per il resto della vita!La struttura è semplicemente stupenda: moderna, pulita e curata nei più piccoli dettagli, ha un affaccio imprendibile sul nuovo porto turistico di Capo d'Orlando e un orizzonte indimenticabile con le isole di Salina e Lipari a farla da protagoniste.Qui non manca nulla per trascorrere un periodo di mare e relax; i meno pigri pero' possono scegliere fra mille proposte illustrate da Mauro, capace e disponibilissimo gestore del residence: tra gite bellissime e affitto di imbarcazioni e/o scooter ce n'e ' per tutti i gusti!!!Parlaremmo per ore di questo luogo incantevole, mentre scriviamo stiamo facendo le valigie con le lacrime agli occhi....Vi invitiamo tutti a trascorrere le vostre vacanze, corte o lunghe che siano , immersi in questo paradiso di profumi inebrianti e bellezze di ogni genere:se sarà possibile, noi di sicuro lo rifaremo!!!Romeo e Gabriella.

Séjour correct mais des problèmes d'équipement et de situation

Très jolie vue mais en bord de route, loin de tout commerce. L'équipement est catastrophique compte tenu du prix demandé : vaisselle en plastique, pas de saladier, pas de quoi cuisiner.

Great view

The apartment is in a great location and provides a wonderful view over the water and across to the Aeolian Islands. Inside the place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. If I could suggest a few more items in the kitchen such as some oil, coffee and salt perhaps would make it easier for people travelling around. Most places we have stayed in during the rest of our month in Sicily have provided such things and it has been helpful. The terrace, roof garden and BBQ area are all very generous spaces and most enjoyable in sunny weather. A great location for couples or a small family.
