Thank you so much for coming to Nashville and staying with us! You snd your group took care of the house very well. Please visit us again!
House was warm and inviting. Neighborhood had great feel and plenty of things to do and places to eat. Short Uber to downtown Nashville. Highly recommend!
We found some nice restraunts in the neighborhood that we could walk to. House was great to accommodate our large group. The house was clean and the beds/pillows were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The property managers are great and responsive.
Ready to go back and stay here again! We had 7 girls for a bachelorette party and we had a blast. The house was perfect and spacious, big bathrooms with amazing showers, kitchen had everything, we could walk or take a short uber/bus trip to anywhere we wanted to go! Can't wait to go back!
Excellent Stay! Very convenient, well appointed, cute 3 bedroom with excellent showers!
We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in Nashville. Just a bit over a mile away from downtown, it was easily walkable and conveniently located. Lots of dinner, dessert and coffee options within just a few blocks in the quaint Germantown neighborhood. Shared backyard was relaxing, with fun to play Bocce ball court. Property manager reached out shortly after checkin to ask if there was anything to do. Would stay here again!
Quick getaway with 3 couples. House was plenty big enough for all of us. Very clean despite being a really old house. Loved the character of it. Neighborhood was great. Felt safe walking around. We were able to walk to 5th & Taylor for dinner. Didn’t realize from the listing that the 2nd house was in the backyard. There was another group staying there. It was freezing all weekend so no one was really outside, so the community yard wasn’t used. Street parking only but it was never an issue finding a spot. We would definitely stay here again
Loved the neighborhood, very walkable and a short Uber ride to Broadway. Met our needs nicely.
Clear check-in instructions and good correspondence. We would definitely consider this house again for a return trip to Nashville. Backyard common area
was cool and we utilized it.
Went to Nashville to celebrate a birthday. The property was perfect for the 5 of us. Plenty of room to spread out and also be together! Beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were lovely. Kitchen was well stocked as well. Would absolutely recommend this property and would stay there again.
Our stay was amazing. Natasha went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. The house and neighborhood were great. I would highly recommend this house.
I can’t recommend this place enough. The house is absolutely adorable and was perfect for our girls weekend. Natasha was so helpful and accommodating! The neighborhood is very cute and walkable. We loved our stay here!
We absolutely adored this property. It was such a cute place to stay with a few friends. The location was prime and right by the downtown area, but still quiet. The yard and bocce ball court were perfect for everyone to relax and get sun. The decor was beautiful and the place was extremely clean. Comfortable bedding. We will definitely be staying there again if it is available during our next trip to Nashville! Thank you for having us!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Nashville. We had a group of 7 and we’re all able to stay comfortably! The house was extremely clean and accommodating. We were able to walk to downtown Nashville and there are a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We definitely want to stay here in again if available the next time we all travel to Nashville!!!
Love the location of this property. A quiet street in a totally walkable neighborhood. We spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch. Would appreciate more seating options on the front porch. Bedrooms are spacious.
Ruth - thank you for taking care of our home and please stay with us again the next time you are in Nashville!

Why they chose this property
Our house was fully renovated in the winter of 2018 and completed in April 2019. We chose this location because of its charming vibes, rich history (dating back to its 1850s establishment by European Immigrants), architectural treasures, and thoughtfully designed urban mixed-use development. We hope you will quickly see why Germantown is considered one of Nashville’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
We also love the neighborhood’s proximity to downtown Nashville, yet find it filled with authenticity and energy of its own. We believe Germantown is one of Nashville’s most walkable neighborhoods and we have filled countless days with our family and friends here enjoying great food, activity, and fresh air.
What makes this property unique
From the moment that you approach the front walkway and walk to the porch of this gem of a blue house, we want to transport our guests to the new age of Nashville, and this home represents the merging of Nashville's rich history and modernity of the new Nashville.
As you step into the house, enjoy the lush, velvety fabrics in the parlor, where you can sit down to a game of chess or enjoy the retro turntable music of any of your favorite artists. Each bedroom has been designed with your utmost comfort in mind, and the fully-equipped kitchen should certainly satisfy any cooking urges.
You can choose to relax in the living room, where you can watch TV or put your feet up after a day of Nashville walking, or walk through the kitchen to the shared back patio.
