One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay.

boat lift is not for guest use as well as the lift has the owners boat secured on it . This does not affect guest dock space.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and access information is given 24 to 48 hours before arrival.

Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking - dogs under 60lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO CATS or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
