This cozy one-bedroom apartment is located on Calle Academia, just a few meters from Parque del Retiro.

Upon entering the apartment we enter directly into the living room with open kitchen. This area is spacious and very bright, since it is completely exterior and has large windows that provide great light to the apartment. The living room has a double sofa-bed, an armchair, side table and television. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need, and has a breakfast bar with stools.

From the living room we can access the bedroom, which has a 1.50 x 2 m double bed, a dressing room and a complete bathroom en suite with a shower. The bedroom is also very bright, as it has two large windows overlooking the street.

Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
