Fantastic duplex apartment with sea view, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an area of 80m2, plus 2 terraces of 15 and 20m2 sunny with sea views facing south west including one with two outside beds protected by a store. The apartment is fully equipped: washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, iron, towels, sheets, TVSAT (French channels, English, Spanish, German), Internet 100Mo fiber, private WI-FI and public in the residence , cot and baby chair on request. Cleaning done at departure.
The complex is inspired by the architecture of Santorini with its domes, wooden railings with brace and has 3 swimming pools, one heated in winter, security 24/24, beautiful gardens ... A luxury residence that has won a grand prize for architecture!
A bar-restaurant is located next to the pools for breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. Sun loungers around the swimming pools await you as well as a games room with ping-pong, and a large community hall with wifi. Parking in the basement protected from heat. Well located in Playa Paraiso in a quiet location away from the tourist bustle, and 500m from the seaside. The best climate in Tenerife protected south west of the island.

Great apartment in lovely complex

We stayed in Alain's apartment for 13 nights. Everything was as per the description and we were very impressed upon arrival at the property. The complex itself is also lovely with a great poolside restaurant which serves delicious lunches and dinner. The complex is in quite a quiet area and we were glad of our last minute decision to rent a car which enabled us to visit lots of different beaches . We'd highly recommend Alain's apartment to others. Thanks for a grear stay!

Great place to stay in Adeje

We stayed here for 10 nights and it is a beautiful apartment, with a great view and we had access to everything we may need during our stay. There is a living room and a kitchen at the ground floor, with a big terrace where you can eat your breakfast while viewing the rising sun and the swimming pools below (one of them is heated, but in the morning the water is a little cold up until it heats up). By the way, near the swimming pools there is a great restaurant with friendly staff that you should definitely try ! On the second floor there is also a nice and cozy bedroom immediately to the right from the entrance, separated from the living room with a door and also a bathroom with bathtub. Then there is the second level, upstairs, with the second bedroom, but no door (so who sleeps here you might be disturbed from the living room noise) and another bathroom with shower. All was very clean (bathroom, kitchen, sheets), except some shoe marks on the floors, but that's because there are floor tiles everywhere and the guests enter with their shoes on. There is a washing machine and also a dishwasher at your disposal The underground parking has a dedicated parking spot for the apartment number and you use a remote control to open the gate when leaving/returning. The guests were very kind and willing to help with anything we may need and we are grateful for this. Thanks Alain and Valentina ! See you next time !

Wat een heerlijk paradijs zeg!

Wat een heerlijk appartement! Het appartement is prima voor zijn vieren, ruim genoeg, van alle gemakken voorzien ( geen airco wel ventilatoren) prachtig uitzicht naar de zee. Het contact met Alain verliep prima via de app. Hij reageert snel en is flexibel. Valentina is een enorm lieve dame die je graag helpt. We mochten de dag van uitchecken een paar uur langer blijven, kosteloos, zodat we nog konden genieten van de dag. Het restaurantje bij het zwembad heeft goed eten en zeker niet duur. We hebben er een paar keer geheten. In de buurt zijn lekkere restaurantjes. Wij komen zeker terug, zo een plek vind je niet snel.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Schön auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt, so muss der Koffer nicht ganz so voll gepackt werden und man kann die benutzten Strand Handtücher auch mal kurz waschen. Kleine Bars, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Bar am Pool ist wirklich gut 👍 Die Anlage, Pools sind sehr gepflegt und gut überwacht. Kommunikation mit Alain und Maria hat wunderbar funktioniert und die beiden sind sehr verlässlich. Für den Mietwagen gibt es einen extra Parkplatz, der zu dieser Wohnung gehört, man muss also nicht lange suchen. Wir möchten auf alle Fälle nochmal zurückkehren. Vielen Dank für tolle 10 Tage Claudine, Knut und Hannes PS. Der Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer war mein morgendliches Highlight .
