The apartment is 300 m from the sandy beach of La Galgas, near shops and restaurants, 4 km from the golf course "Costa Adeje", 8 km from the water park "Siam Park", 25 km from the "Reina Sofia" airport, 100 m from the Titsa bus stop. New Rosa Center shopping center nearby (Opening November 2019).
