Maison d'Éole (name given to the house in relation to the god of the wind) completely renovated in 2018 in a spirit of flea market / recovery / campaign that offers calm, comfort, serenity and charm for a pleasant family holiday.
1km from the city center, 700m from the sea and also 5km from Barfleur and 3km from Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue.

Free wifi connection available in the house.

The neighborhood is quiet, it's the countryside.

Furnished with taste, this charming house offers accommodation for 2 to 6 people.

You have a large terrace to eat outside with barbecue and a large yard to park cars and closed by an electric gate.

The house consists on the ground floor of a kitchen, living space very nice and bright 50m2 (room - living room) television with DVD player and a library,
 The shower room, separate toilet.

Upstairs bedroom with bed of 160 with cupboard, dresser and television, a children's room or teens with 2 beds in 90 and the 3rd room with a bed of 140 with cupboard, chest of drawers and television
As well as a shower room with wc.

Wonderfull Holiday

Our vacation was fantastic. The house is so detailed that we immediately felt at home. The rooms are absolutely fantastically equipped. Zauberhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir waren von Anfang an sehr angetan. Die Doppelhaushälfte ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts (außer einer Teekanne, dafür gibt es eine Filterkaffee- und eine Nespressomaschine 😉) Sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind in großen Mengen vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich alle im 1. Stock im DG, aber keine Sorge, alle Fenster sind mit Jalousien zum Abdunkeln versehen. Der 1. Stock ist etwas hellhörig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Unmittelbar am Haus ist der Hof, der tatsächlich etwas mehr Grün vertragen könnte. Der Gartenbereich ist vom Haus aus nur bedingt einsehbar- wer mit kleinen Kindern anreist, sollte das ggf bedenken. Der große, mit Kies ausgefüllte Parkplatzes (da haben problemlos 4 Autos Platz) und das Nebengebäude liegen dazwischen. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen Ausflügen ein- für jeden findet sich da was. Der Fußweg zum Strand Plage de la Cache Gresles führt an der Straße entlang, ohne Bürgersteig. Wer etwas am Strand trinken oder essen möchte, sollte allerdings eher zur „Spitze“ gehen, da dort das Le Goéland 1951 ist ( Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden). Eine chillige und sehr entspannte Strandbar, die zeitweise sogar Livemusik anbietet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wer dort nicht verweilen möchte, hat die Möglichkeit die Getränke mit zum Strand zu nehmen. Allerdings ist der Blick von dort wirklich traumhaft. Alles in allem hatten wir dort eine tolle und sehr erholsame Zeit!

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem sehr liebevoll ausgestatteten Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zwar gibt es keine Geschäfte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, aber mit dem Fahrrad oder auf einem Spaziergang sind diese gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist toll, die Umgebung schön, wir sind rundum zufrieden! (Achtung, falls man selber Bettwäsche mitbringen will: die Doppelbetten haben je nur eine große, gemeinsame Decke mit entsprechender Größe)

Une location qui avec des jeunes enfants est idéale. Des jeux, des puzzles… font que les jeunes enfants sont rois. Une belle région avec des plages très accessibles pour tous les âges.

Schönes Domizil mit toller Lage

Ein wunderschön gestaltetes Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung und Dekoration ist wirklich besonders. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auch super. Der Strand und der Ortskern ist zu Fuß in ca. 15-20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die Halbinsel Contentin ist für Naturliebhaber ein Highlight. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Highlights zu besichtigen, z.B. Utah Beach (überhaupt wird die Landung der Alliierten sehr eindrucksvoll veranschaulicht vgl. auch D-Day Experience in Caratan) oder die beschaulichen Fischerdörfer (Saint Vaast la Hogue, Barfleur). Einzig das Außengelände des Hauses könnte etwas mehr grün vertragen.

Ein super schönes Ferienhaus, sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten in Frankreich noch nie ein so toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Es fehlt an absolut nichts und z. B. Geschirr ist in Mengen vorhanden, damit könnte man mit 30 Personen feiern. Und alles hochwertig, tolle Kochtöpfe und nicht die sonst üblichen Casseroules! Steppdecken auf den Betten,die bei Ankunft schon bezogen waren, auch nicht unbedingt üblich! Die Einrichtung im Vintage- Look ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles liebevoll dekoriert, einfach Klasse! Die Lage ist auch prima, Dorf und Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Schluss zwei Hinweise: Für ältere und in der Bewegung eingeschränkte Menschen ist das Haus wegen der steilen Treppe weniger geeignet. Und es gibt KEIN deutsches Fernsehen. Wer darauf nicht verzichten kann, ist hier falsch. Uns hat es nicht gestört, im Gegenteil,wir haben es nicht vermisst! Mathilde ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie ist jederzeit telefonisch oder per SMS zu erreichen. Da wir auch 10 Tage Traumwetter hatten, war es ein herrlicher Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus!

Très agréable maison

La description et les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. Cette maison est très agréable à vivre, confortable, très propre, très bien décorée et équipée. Les literies sont impeccables. Nous avons passé un super séjour et espérons pouvoir revenir profiter de cette maison et de la région. Je recommande vraiment cette location. Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Normandie. Das Haus war sehr schön und gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist toll, alles ist in der Nähe.
