Large 2 room apartment for 2 people located above a water mill and by a small river. Shaded terrace, garden, large areas of meadow, forest etc ... several hectares in complete freedom.
Old house but rehabilitated for maximum comfort: equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge area with TV and library. Central heating in winter, no air conditioning in summer because the walls are stone.
Possibility of adding a baby bed or an extra single bed in the parents' room. high chair also available.
